The person that sat up our company Zoom account is no longer employed with our group. I need to change the license user email for our company.
Over the weekend, we lost at least four of our channels (but not all of them), including one that we use for contact tracing for Covid notifications. We are running v5.11.4 (7185) desktop on Windows 10. The channel administrator did not delete them, and they do not show up when we do a search. We also noticed that some of the staff had to sign in again yesterday morning, although we have no idea if this is related to the missing channels. Is this a known issue with Zoom, and any ideas on what is causing it? Any suggestions on how to recover them?

since the new update came out all of my contacts r shown as either away or offline even when theyre not and the only person with a normal available status shown is me. plz fix this
Upgraded from WIn 10 to Win 11 Pro. Now, if I mute my microphone while on in a meeting for more than several seconds from the Logitech G935 headset, when I un-mute it does not work. Yet, looking at Sound -> recording from the control panel, the mic can be seen to be working. Back in zoom, if I switch from the G935 to "Same as System", it works, until I mute... and switching back go the G935 gets it working again. This can occur several times. Had all mics set to be allocated to one program, changed it so all can use at the same time, no change in what happens. Privacy settings enabled for the mic for all apps. Zoom version 5.9.6 (3799). 5.10.1 will download and install when my current meeting ends.

Hey, So I’ve been wondering if a Participant in a meeting where I’m the host can save the chat. Especially the messages that were sent after he left. For example when 5 people leave the meeting and two are left in it and they chat with each other. Or if the participants only can get a transcription of the messages that were sent when they were in the meeting. thanks for answering.
I know that there’s an option for saving the chat automatically but I wonder if only the host gets the history of the chat or if everybody’s got this option.

Hi, I now have to use two accounts for different employers - I'm a freelancer.
I'm working remotely at present in a different country from where the email address of one of the employers is registered.
It's an academic address.
When I switched account and came back to that academic account on Zoom, Zoom detected an unusual login and sent a confirmation code to that email address. The only issue is, I can't access it from outside the country of origin due to my employer's outdated, clunky IT security.
I don't want to add 2FA or use a VPN and do that every time I switch, which is several times a day. Not least because the VPN can affect connection speeds.
Can someone suggest the best solution?
Can I
1. Add a phone number to have the code sent there?
2. Change the email address to my gmail, without losing my licenced account privileges?
3. Something else?

Why is my paid account suddenly converted as Basic. We just paid last March 12, 2022 good for 1 year subscription.
How to fix this?
I try to change password, but it only lets me sign in through google account.
Is there a way I can change the zoom password without this trouble?
