Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Why when I connect my zoom room it connects to my primary email address and not my calendar resource I created?
I am often made an alternative host for our Zoom meetings. When this happens, I tend to look for those meetings to show up in my Zoom calendar and list of upcoming meetings, and it's been bothering me that they don't appear there. I do receive the email invitations and am able to add them to my Google calendar, but since we also use other video calling platforms, it helps me to see all the Zoom meetings in one place within the Zoom app. Is this an issue for anyone else? Can this be adjusted?

I am experiencing 2 issues using Zoom scheduler with Apple calendar. 1) I am finding that any meeting I directly create and delete on Apple calendar (both iPhone and Mac devices) are not syncing back to the Zoom scheduler to show these times blocked / available. 2) Meetings scheduled directly in Zoom scheduler are showing up on my Apple calendar but do not delete if the meeting is cancelled. I reached out to zoom support who just sent me back the Apple calendar set-up and conflicts instructions which I already completed. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? Thank you.

I am trying to organize a call from France and to invite a person based in China.
I notice that China is not in the list of countries proposed for the dial-numbers.
PLease let me know .

When I schedule a meeting Zoom offers multiple opportunities to invite others yet doesn't seem to recognize there are any attendees/invitees until you click the "Invite" tab within the scheduler. It also doesn't enter it in the schedule or my calendar until then. Yet there are at least two prior points in the process where it asks you to invite others. Is there a way to stop sending people 2-3 invites at different points in scheduling?

Hello everyone. I am trying to plan a meeting starting at 6:15 PM on the webportal. The drop down menu only has 30-minutes options, which I'm aware of. I can manually type in the exaxt starting time but Zoom doesn't take the changes made. It returns to 6:00 PM as the starting time. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks, Liva

I'm trying to set up my website Zoom class but it's telling me invalid API credentials. I've seen JWT deprecated for the longest but the web designer said it's not an issue...now that he's ghosted me I'm trying to figure is out why I can't set my class schedule through my website anymore. Thanks anyone.

I have already established a recurring meeting that meets monthly this year and want to extend to next year. Anyone have any ideas how to "add additional occurrences" to an already established zoom meeting so I can keep the same registration link, pin etc? Thanks for suggestions. Thanks, Hilary

Calendly has a feature where a scheduled event can trigger an update in Hubspot for example.
https://calendly.com/integration/hubspot
Is something similar available in the Zoom scheduler? Salesforce, Hubspot, or even Zapier integration.
Other scheduling tools allow you to group multiple booking pages (meeting types) into their own custom URL. Is there a way we can accomplish that with zoom scheduler? I don't necessarily want to show 10 separate booking pages for someone to choose from, if they are a business, I may just want to show three, so a ".../companies" custom url could show only those.
