Hi, I am registered with Zoom using my active Gmail address.  With my previous - now deleted email address/Zoom account - Zoom would open Outlook to send the meeting invitations once the meeting was scheduled.  When I schedule a meeting now, it doesn't do that.  Should Zoom be generating an email from Gmail to send my invitations, or do I just copy the information and send it myself, or does it matter?  Thanks!

Pretty sure this is a feature, not a bug, but wondering if there is a workaround as it causes some issues with end users in my company being unsure of if they actually sent the invitation. Issue detailed below ('I' means anyone in the company).

When I send an invitation to a meeting I am hosting through Outlook, the invitation gets sent to me, but immediately is put into the deleted folders. The other recipients receive the invite no problem, but since I'm the host (and I believe it auto-accepts the invite) it goes directly into the deleted folder instead of my inbox. Unchecked the option in Outlook that will send accepted invitations to Deleted, but no change. This occurs whether the invite is sent from the Zoom app or directly from Outlook. Also tested with multiple accounts. We don't use Gmail or another mail service, so using anything other than Outlook isn't an option.

Thanks!

I have the application installed on my Windows 11 PC.

When I schedule a meeting, Zoom states that the host is my Microsoft Work Account.

I used to be able to use Office365 Outlook to schedule a meeting. This function is no longer available. I can only enter invitations by manually typing in the addressees.

How do I switch Zoom from being associated with my Microsoft Work Account to being associated with my Microsoft Personal Account?

I created my account using my email address and Microsoft Personal account.

When I am scheduling a meeting, when its with a person i have scheduled before, i would expect that once I type the first three letters of their name that it will predictive text their email.  However, I am having to type their full email address every time, even though some of these appointments are every week.  I've tried adding to my personal contacts on ZOOM but it is still not working.  Can anyone advise?

How do I turn off these email notifications to him?

Thanks in advance.

I am making a series of meetings for my school. This link will be shared on social media so that people can register for whichever date they would like. However, my colleague and I are alternating each week. The day before the meeting, we send a reminder to the people that registered for the following day.

If I create a recurring meeting with all of the dates, including the ones for meetings my colleague will host, can she go in and see the participants and send them a reminder?

We are trying to not have two links with different dates on each. We want to have a single unified meeting link that can be easily shared on communication to prospective students!

Hey,

I am sure there is a way to make my life easier through using this application. I am in an administrative position and want to get the best productivity I can in this platform. I can usually figure things out, but I am experiencing some issues with Zoom Mail for Google. I have watched videos and You Tube and something still isn't right. Maybe someone well rounded here can point me to the way of saving myself some time and aggravation.

I lead three groups weekly all about 6-8 people and it was a hassle doing each individual Zoom link by text and email. Well I learned how to group the contacts in Google so I can send each group all their needed information. Now I need to know how the meeting notification are sent out. Is there automation available for that where I can schedule it to automatically be sent out at a certain time. Is that in Zoom or another app? I just want a smoother workflow, to make my life easier. Do the contacts of the people in the groups need to be added in Zoom? Does that have to be done one by one? Any advice will be a blessing!

Oh and AI features and sharing in Zoom. I have been preparing Google Slides thus far for the lesson plans. Is there a way to do that in Zoom? What is the whiteboard for? My sharing slows down when I open these things in Zoom. I thought I needed more computer memory, but it's been added, and it is still slow. If I have a book, I teach out of can that book be put in Zoom for sharing so it doesn't cause the delay. It gives an error message that says low resources.

I want to know if I need the scheduling added before I ask my boss if that's what I need, I am not letting anyone pick a time to meet - I just want to send them or know if there is automation.
