Hello Zoom Community.

Sorry if my question was asked already. I could not find the answer.

My current set up is a set schedule every week on what times I am available for each day of the week. Zoom scheduler also looks at my Google Calendar to see what is open. So if I have something personally blocked off my Google calendar, it won't show up on the Zoom Scheduler availability for the users to book.

My question is, how do I delete the availability on specific days within the month? For example, let's say my availability is 10am-8pm on Thursday, July 5th specific to client review meetings. How do I delete the availability on that specific Thursday but still have then 10am-8pm still be available for all other Thursdays?

Right now I manually block off the time off my Google calendar. My set up is that I also have another Zoom availability for certain types of bookings I can still be available for on July 5th (example new client meeting).

Is there a way to just remove the Thursday "client review meeting" availability on one booking page but still keep "new client meeting" availability on another booking page?

I just paid for Zoom scheduler after a free trial and linked a Microsoft 365 account calendar to it. Initially it seemed to work fine (during the free trial period) but now it is not updating my calendar at all. I have a meeting someone booked with me on Scheduler, and I received the email but no invitation and no calendar entry. I can't even save as a meeting, I have to recreate the event in my calendar and copy the entire message into it. This almost entirely defeats the purpose of paying for this product? I guess I can try removing and reconnecting the 365 integration, but Zoom says it is still connected. So frustrating to pay $100 for something that doesn't even work.

Why don't yopu make the upgrade to the new Zoom interface an option the user can specify when it will take place?   The previsous interface was perfect for my needs, and when in a hurry to schedule a new meeting I am met with an interfweace that I now have to learn all over again.

I figured it out, but I must say I find the older interface design more lelgant and efficine.  Your giving me features I don't care about.

And I love Zoom... It is so much more reliable than any other video conferencing platform.

Just thought you should know All knowing and all wise Zoom

Issue with Scheduler's Repeat Date Range

I am trying to extend the Scheduler Repeats Date Range, but it's only allowing me to schedule 2 weeks out at a time (to the end of the month). Is there a way to schedule out Zoom time slots for the remainder of the year?

Since last week, I haven't been able to change the date range in my 'Any host available' scheduler.

When I try to change to the date range in the 'Availability' tab, I can no longer click on the 'Finish' button.

I can click on the 'Previous' button, but not on the 'Next' button.

If I click on the 'Previous' button and try to push 'Finish' in the 'Host' tab, I am taken back to the 'Availability' tab, where the same issue persists.

Note that this is even the case if I remove all date overrides in the past and change the schedule to not include any past dates.
The issue is the same in Safari, Chrome, and the Zoom app (Mac).

Help!

nicht regelmäßige Dauertermine im Buchungskalender

Hallo,

ich möchte im Buchungskalender/Scheduler folgende Terminserie (analog Outlook) anlegen: jeden 2. Dienstag in jedem 2. (ungeraden) Monat von 15 bis 16 Uhr. Geht das überhaupt mit dem Buchungskalender?

Gruß

Knut

Setting a 24-hour minimum notice for lesson rescheduling

As a teacher, I use a scheduling system for my students to book lessons. Recently, I've encountered an issue where some students have been able to reschedule their lessons as late as one hour before the scheduled time. This has been problematic for me as an instructor. I'm looking for a way to implement a 24-hour minimum notice period for rescheduling. This means students would not be able to change their lesson time if less than 24 hours are remaining before the originally scheduled time.

My questions are:

  1. Is it possible to set up this 24-hour minimum notice period in our current scheduling system?
  2. If so, how can I implement this change?
  3. Are there any potential drawbacks or considerations I should know when making this change?

Any advice or suggestions on addressing this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi, this post is more for curiosity. I'm wondering if I am in a tiny minority of people who have a large number of "No Fixed Time" meetings. This is because we have many clients with whom we "hop on a call" on short notice, at varying times. This use case seems to be a real second-class citizen, in that,

a. You can't create such meetings from the desktop app

b. The whole page is wasted space for me - see screenshot. I have to scroll down, click the tiny "Recurring meetings" link, and then scroll down through my many meetings to find one (alpha-sorted of that list was restored in - thanks!). Most of the screen is used with the beach umbrella and "no meetings scheduled, enjoy your day". (I don't have any meetings SCHEDULED, but unfortunately in my situation, that isn't automatically a beach day... sigh.)

If this is indeed a low priority use case, that's fine, but I have one small suggestion: at the top of this page can there be a simple one-line quick search box? That way I can quickly "zoom in" (ha) on my desired meeting. I believe that feature would equally benefit those have *scheduled* recurring meetings. Thanks!
