Hello!

Meeting scheduler is not working. Cannot edit an existing meeting or schedule a new one. 

When I enter the meeting details and press Save, the screen goes blank and a circular line spins endlessly.

This is not the first time I'm having this experience... I'm working in Windows 10 and would really appreciate it if this service I'm paying for would work reliably.

30 minute increments in scheduler?

Hi all, My scheduler link shows my availability but only on the hour - there is no 30 minute increments.Yet, watching a YouTube video that guy had it.Is this some setting or something? I know I can use 15 and 30 minute increments when creating a meet... Show more

My scheduler link shows my availability but only on the hour - there is no 30 minute increments.

Yet, watching a YouTube video that guy had it.

Is this some setting or something? 

I know I can use 15 and 30 minute increments when creating a meeting, but visiting my schedule link doesn't.

I use a link with my clients to book meetings but recently shows them this message "This booking link has expired, Try refreshing your page, or ask the organizer to send a new link." I dont want to change the link i printed its QR code on my business... Show more

I am often made an alternative host for our Zoom meetings. When this happens, I tend to look for those meetings to show up in my Zoom calendar and list of upcoming meetings, and it's been bothering me that they don't appear there. I do receive the email invitations and am able to add them to my Google calendar, but since we also use other video calling platforms, it helps me to see all the Zoom meetings in one place within the Zoom app. Is this an issue for anyone else? Can this be adjusted?

Meetings created on Apple calendar directly not blocking availability on Zoom scheduler

I am experiencing 2 issues using Zoom scheduler with Apple calendar. 1) I am finding that any meeting I directly create and delete on Apple calendar (both iPhone and Mac devices) are not syncing back to the Zoom scheduler to show these times blocked / available. 2) Meetings scheduled directly in Zoom scheduler are showing up on my Apple calendar but do not delete if the meeting is cancelled. I reached out to zoom support who just sent me back the Apple calendar set-up and conflicts instructions which I already completed. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? Thank you.

At the start of last month, I had a customer call where they raised  a few concerns and wondered if Zoom had any means to resolve them. They felt the back-and-forth of scheduling meetings quite dragging. Their team struggled to keep track of and prioritize meeting requests. They basically wanted to streamline their scheduling process and improve efficiency.

 

So I recommended they take advantage of the Zoom Scheduler Routing Forms, it allows you to create customizable forms that automatically route meeting requests to the appropriate person or team based on the information provided by the scheduler.

 

How it Works:

  1. Create a Routing Form: Design a form with specific questions relevant to your scheduling needs (e.g., meeting topic, location, or urgency).   
  2. Set Up Routing Rules: Define the rules for routing based on the form responses. For example, you could route requests to different teams or individuals based on the meeting topic.
  3. Share the Scheduling Link: Once the routing form is set up, share the unique scheduling link with others.
  4. Automatic Routing: When someone schedules a meeting using the link, they'll be prompted to fill out the form. Their responses will then be used to automatically route the meeting request to the appropriate person or team.  
     

Luckily, they were open to the idea and tried to implement it on their IT, HR, sales, and customer support departments. They soon realized that this tool helped customers save time and improve their team's response times. They gladly shared what they did with the feature in a sync with me last week.

 

They had their IT support teams route requests based on issue severity. Their HR directed interview requests to the appropriate hiring managers. And their Sales teams qualified leads and scheduled product demos more efficiently. It was a fun and engaging meeting, good enough to share this here to let Zoom users know that it's available and it works.

 

By automating the routing process, Zoom users can ensure that meeting requests are handled promptly and effectively. I'm sharing this in hopes that Zoom Users can get the most out of the Zoom Scheduler and have the right attendees book the right meetings.

I am trying to organize a call from France and to invite a person based in China.

I notice that China is not in the list of countries proposed for the dial-numbers.

Trouble with multiple invites when Scheduling

When I schedule a meeting Zoom offers multiple opportunities to invite others yet doesn't seem to recognize there are any attendees/invitees until you click the "Invite" tab within the scheduler. It also doesn't enter it in the schedule or my calenda... Show more

When I schedule a meeting Zoom offers multiple opportunities to invite others yet doesn't seem to recognize there are any attendees/invitees until you click the "Invite" tab within the scheduler. It also doesn't enter it in the schedule or my calendar until then. Yet there are at least two prior points in the process where it asks you to invite others. Is there a way to stop sending people 2-3 invites at different points in scheduling?

Hello everyone. I am trying to plan a meeting starting at 6:15 PM on the webportal. The drop down menu only has 30-minutes options, which I'm aware of. I can manually type in the exaxt starting time but Zoom doesn't take the changes made. It returns to 6:00 PM as the starting time. Does anyone know how to handle this? Thanks, Liva
