Zoom Scheduler Analytics Broken
The "Appointments distribution by type" report in the analytics records no information - it is just a blank graph, even when different types of meetings are booked in the same period.

I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me. Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account. Troubleshooting: Please help, we paid for this service and it's not working. Thank you.

I am currently on a free trial for Zoom Scheduler. I was informed that the trial will end in 3 days time and I do not want to continue. Is there an option for not wishing to continue when the trial ends? I tried to stop it today, but Zoom just assumes that I want to buy it, but I don't. I did not even want to be on this trial. I just clicked to look which I find rather underhand. This is no way to treat customers.

My Scheduler calendar was working fine last week. Now i get the following message. What could be causing this issue?
The host's availability could not be retrieved
Please contact the organizer to resolve their calendar connection
I want to use scheduler for my business, where multiple employees could have their calendars available for clients to schedule with them. I paid for an additional user, but I can't find any instructions on how to add another calendar. Anybody know how to do this?

At the start of last month, I had a customer call where they raised a few concerns and wondered if Zoom had any means to resolve them. They felt the back-and-forth of scheduling meetings quite dragging. Their team struggled to keep track of and prioritize meeting requests. They basically wanted to streamline their scheduling process and improve efficiency. So I recommended they take advantage of the Zoom Scheduler Routing Forms, it allows you to create customizable forms that automatically route meeting requests to the appropriate person or team based on the information provided by the scheduler. How it Works: Luckily, they were open to the idea and tried to implement it on their IT, HR, sales, and customer support departments. They soon realized that this tool helped customers save time and improve their team's response times. They gladly shared what they did with the feature in a sync with me last week. They had their IT support teams route requests based on issue severity. Their HR directed interview requests to the appropriate hiring managers. And their Sales teams qualified leads and scheduled product demos more efficiently. It was a fun and engaging meeting, good enough to share this here to let Zoom users know that it's available and it works. By automating the routing process, Zoom users can ensure that meeting requests are handled promptly and effectively. I'm sharing this in hopes that Zoom Users can get the most out of the Zoom Scheduler and have the right attendees book the right meetings.

Greetings!
I need some help. I know there's a zoom / salesforce integration, but I haven't been able to determine if it can do what I need. Hoping someone can help point me in the right direction.
I want to give customers my zoom scheduler booking page to have them schedule meetings. What I would like however, is to have that customer's contact info flow to salesforce as a lead. Is that possible?

At the last stage of providing access to the board, it gives a server error, and within an hour the error repeats.
I'm not sure why ZOOM keeps screwing with the scheduler, but when they push an update I bite my nails because they have been screwing up the scheduling feature over and over for the past two years. As of today's pushed update they, once again, made it impossible to enter a custom START and END time. (IE: START at 6:05 PM and end at 7:20 PM) You can TYPE in the custom time but ENTER does nothing. For me and, I'm sure, many others, this renders the scheduler useless. I can't properly schedule my many meetings. The dropdown options, in quarter hours, are not acceptable for my meeting schedules. I need to customize the start and end time. How is anyone else getting around this? PLEA TO ZOOM DEV's: (It's bad enough that you make it impossible to reach you making us rely on each other for product support.... now we have to hope you actually look at these posts.)
PLEASE recognize that your product is about MEETINGS that need to be SCHEDULED. Not on YOUR time choices, but our time choices! (You even limit the topics were allowed to enter here and this one isn't even listed.)

Per Zoom's release notes from 8/15/24, I should be able toautomatically include additional recipients on meeting invites via a CC function, but this doesn't appear for me & I can't find a how-to on it anywhere. Can someone help?
Per Zoom: When creating a bookable schedule, hosts can specify up to a maximum of 10 email addresses to be automatically included as CC recipients on meeting invites generated through that schedule's booking link. The designated CC email addresses will receive the meeting invite along with the host and attendees. This feature applies to all event types that allow attendees to add guests. Any changes to the CC email list will only affect newly created appointments, not previously booked events.
EDIT: The title of the article says Zoom Release Notes for 8/15, but it was published 8/12 & I just realized today is 8/14. Is this feature going to be available tomorrow instead? And they just published it early?
