I am at the admin level on a pro account. I have set up a Zoom scheduler for an upcoming series of interviews, but I am not able to switch the meetings to an alternative host. I need to be able to do this.

How can I update the alternative host to another user, like the account owner? It doesn't give me the option to add anyone both under the already scheduled meeting, or when I start a new meeting.

Host not receiving email confirmations when someone schedules

Hello, I am really confused about something. I don't get any confirmation emails when someone schedules a Zoom through the scheduler. I am guessing they get a link but I don't receive anything. I have looked at the settings and everything looks good.... Show more

I am really confused about something. I don't get any confirmation emails when someone schedules a Zoom through the scheduler. I am guessing they get a link but I don't receive anything. I have looked at the settings and everything looks good. What am I missing? On the notifications area, the default options are greyed out and can't be edited. On some of the other settings I see options for sending to invitee and host. When I did a test at the beginning, I did receive an email. Any thoughts?

I’m experiencing an issue where invites for meetings that I schedule on Zoom are not being sent to participants. This problem occurs on both my personal and professional accounts.

 

Here are the details:

 

Problem Description: Whenever I schedule a meeting and add participants, they do not receive the invites via email.

Affected Accounts: The issue occurs with both my personal and professional accounts.

Checks Performed: I have checked the invite settings, and everything seems to be correct. I also checked participants’ spam and junk folders, but nothing was found there.

 

I tried to open a support ticket with Zoom, but I received a message stating that the email provided is not associated with an active Zoom account, so I was unable to get direct assistance.

 

Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have suggestions on what I can try to resolve this? Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

scheduling sync

One of the benefits of using the Zoom Scheduler is that it can control different timezones and make it easier for users. I wish that the date/time formats also mirrored the location/timezone of the user as well. Do they? For example, I have many meetings in Europe where we use 24-hour timing and DD.MM.YYYY. However, I also have many meetings in US which uses 12-hour timing and MM.DD.YYYY. If the user was from a US timezone, it would be good to display the more common options to them and the same for the European users.

 

Am I missing something? Any ideas or options? Thanks.

Our desktop support team would like to use to Zoom Scheduler, but they need a way for the appointment booker to specify the location where the meeting should take place.

 

They tried this workaround: put TBD in the location field, disable online meeting option, add required question for user to specify a location, but unfortunately the question response is buried in the body of a calendar invite. Since they are viewing meetings on their phones in the field, they really need the alternate location to show up as a location in the calendar invite location field.

I have just added zoom scheduler to my account. While setting up an appointment booking page and exploring the feature, I am noticing that scheduler is showing my entire schedule as available-- even though most of my calendar throughout the week is booked. To state this another way, when someone looks at my scheduler page they will see a list of times that I am not actually available due to external appointments that do show on the calendar I have synced with my zoom account.

 

Is two-way calendar sync not available? Is there a setting that I have missed somewhere? 

 

What I would like to do is use zoom scheduler to have folks add appointments to my calendar that do not conflict with events that are already on the calendar.

I use paid Zoom licenses with all my co-workers in a tech support environment. We schedule meetings with clients using the meeting calendar BUT these calendars are individual specific - meaning having a team calendar where anyone can start the meeting without the original person is problematic. Yes we can add a co-host to a meeting later but i want to know is there a way to create an actual TEAM scheduling link - where any member of the team can administer the meeting or is there a way to auto-add a co-host when the scheduling link is used?

Looking to find out how to configure two devices that will be using the same Outlook email address with in the portal. The actual Zoom room is configured to pull from outlook for upcoming meetings.
