Resolved! How to remove phone icon from room controller?
We don't use the Zoom phone feature and probably never will. Is there a way to hide this icon on the room controller?

We have a Zoom room with multiple displays but I can't seem to manage what displays on each screen i.e. I'd like to able to manage which screen my presentation is displayed on and the screen that my remote participants are displayed on. At the moment when I share my screen the presentation displays on the smaller screen and the remote participants display on the large screen. I'd like to swap this but don't seem to have any control over this. I can't see any settings on the Tap.

Hi there,
How can I remove the little black box with various symbols, including a microphone, in it?
I think it's from zoom . . . It's an unwelcome guest on my desk top.
Thanks for any help!
Andrew
Since the latest "upgrade" my camera now has lost its "zoom" (Ironic, right?) and "zooms out" to a wider angle - meaning a previously hidden parts of my office are now on screen. I have discovered that I can replace my live image - turn video off and my portrait picture appears and then when I resume video, the camera is again in the original "zoomed in" mode. But the second I talk, it zooms back out. And then stays in wider angle mode. C'mon guys - one of the reasons I love Zoom is that it, uh, "zooms in"- and makes my image larger. And hides my floor piled high with file folders. Oddly, other meeting participants seem unchanged in the field of view.

Starting on Tuesday the Calendar Resources disconnected from all of our Zoom Rooms. Each calendar states "This calendar resource is no longer available in the calendar service." Does anyone know if there was a recent change that may have triggered this? We use Microsoft 365 for our email and calendars.

Are Zoom Room controls unavailable at the moment? I changed nothing within my profile (JSON file) and all my custom buttons are gone. The header (which I name "Room Controls" and can change it on the fly) is there, but nothing else. Have tried deleting JSON file/adding back in, disabling Room Controls/re-enabling, signing out/back in. Nothing is working. Anyone know anything?

We are looking for ideas to integrate zoom into existing Q-Sys system or design a new system. Room occupancy is 300 persons and its a setting in a University environment. Lecture theatre is fairly large and needs microphones all over the place. Any suggestions are much appreciated.

Zoom Rooms supposed to allow user to create 49 meeting rooms simultaneously but it showed finish user licenses when we adding room. Is there any setting need to adjust?
Hi Zoom Community, I have a weird problem. I manage my Org's Zoom Infrastructure, and after updating iPads to iOS 16.1, the Device Names of all my Controllers and Scheduler changed to "iPad". We don't currently use ZDM but we are exploring this option. Our Current MDM for our iPads is JAMF. Now the device names were not lost elsewhere. In our Jamf MDM and on the iPad itself, the Device name or Hostname has stayed. But Zoom reports the name is "iPad on their Admin console. This has made remotely managing our zoom inventory difficult. All iPads not yet updated to 16.1 still have their proper device name. But after updating, or if I build a brand new iPad that is already on 16.1, the Device name will be "iPad" With Our MDM we don't have mush custom configuration pertaining to the Zoom app. There isn't anything we have identified from out MDM to be blocking the name yet. On our Zoom Computers, new updates didn't revert any names, and even if it did, we still can manage by Serial Number, but for iPads, Zoom doesn't see this at all. What are your recommendations?
Has anyone else experience this issue?
