Does anybody know if there is a way/plan where I can host 2 meetings at the same time creating 2 different sessions or is it better if I get a second zoom account?

My zoom can't change the background, when I kick in the green background, I lose my whole body, if I don't kick in, I have the blue background, it can't be replaced. Is there anything related to the zoom version that is not compatible with the device or is there a way. I don't have to zoom in, I have to change the background to synchronize with the whole class

Breakout Rooms are "Participant may choose" Participants move to one of breakouts Host moves back to main room or participant comes back to main room The participants stays listed in the breakout room (not joined) and greyed out. They do not show back up in main room participants See the "small laptop" marked in red on attached picture If the participant choses "leave meeting" they disappear, of course. If all meetings are closed then they come back, Thank you

Hello all, I would ask if is possible setup the video layout as Gallery View into the admin console so that all host will have this option already enabled when joins a meeting. Otherwise, if this option will be set via API integration. Thanks in advance.

We currently have a Zoom Room set up for our school board meetings. We have a second location that is used for school board committee meetings. We would like to use the same Zoom Room credentials for this second location. We are using a Promethean board with a PC attached. Can someone explain how to add this second location to the Zoom Room?

Hi! We are using Zoom Rooms with O365 resource calendar integration. When we create our appointments by ourselves all works fine but when we forward external (teams) invitations to the room resource, the meeting event appears but does not have the link to open the teams meeting from the list of events. Here is the question: Which are the technical requirements for a meeting link to appear correctly? - Teams-link in location? Any special characters or keywords? - Teams-link in description? Any special characters or keywords? - Teams-link in attribute onlineMeetingUrl? - Must the attribute isOnlineMeeting be true or not? Please help with a detailed definition of how do you interprete the meeting links from the events...

Hello community Articles like https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/203689369-Configure-Auto-Login-for-Zoom-Rooms describe how to start with Zoom Rooms on a Windows Platform but I have yet to find info about how to make it more secure. For comparison MS Teams Rooms use a multitude of Windows features like Assigned Access, no shell for the user, etc.
Is there anything similar available for ZOOM Rooms? The obvious plan is to make the Zoom Room PC as less PC-like as possible and towards an embedded appliance.
How about the preconfigured systems like the ones from Lenovo, Dell, HP, etc. Do they use any special tricks to tackle this?

Hi,
I created a zoom that guests would need to register for. I have had several emails come through showing that folks have registered, but when I go to the meeting to approve, they are not showing for me to approve. Any suggestions?
