Hello

I have a tablet connected to my bluetooth speaker. I can hear any audio from any other app or sound through the browser through the bluetooth speaker with the exception of zoom.   In zoom it is specifically on bluetooth audio output but it always plays on the tablets lousy speaker.  I have gone thru all settings to ensure that zoom is playing through the BT speaker. This suggests that zoom is the problem since all others have no issues with the BT speaker.  Is there any solution to this?

Have already trying wiping the app including any data and cache and reinstalling to no avail.

We are using Zoom VDI client on Azure Virtual Desktop with about 15 different hosts running the same image.  Zoom Client for VDI(64bit) version 5.17.14660 in installed via script during host generation.  Some users have a problem where they get an error trying to login to the Zoom client.  It says, "Update required: Your app version needs to be 5.13.0 (VDI plugin) or higher to join this meeting. Contact your IT admin to update. Join this meeting from your browser."

Other users on the same host have no problem logging in, so it seems to be a profile based problem.  We have tried renaming the folder .../appdata/roaming/ZoomVDI.  This is recreated, but same problem exists.  Does someone know how we can get the app to work for users without rebuilding their Windows profile?

I have discovered about four times now that previous meeting links (that I keep and reuse with clients, and are therefore 'active' and used again within 30 or 365 days) sometimes suddenly disappear off my previous meetings list. It has just happened again today. There are no 'deleted meetings' listed, as I have not deleted them.

It is challenging when I'm just about to open a previous meeting, to discover I can't find it, and then have to create a new meeting and email this to the client right when we're meant to be starting.

Can anyone help me with this? I would appreciate it. Thank you. I have read the info/links here with related questions.

As a sign language interpreter on US money map, the recent Zoom updates have become problematic for me. When I sign the number 10 (which looks like a thumbs up), a thumbs up emoji appears on the screen. Additionally, if I sign with two thumbs up, I get fireworks. This is extremely disruptive, especially when I’m interpreting sensitive topics.

I need to turn off these reactions on Zoom immediately! Any advice on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

I had zoom but needed to do an upgrade on the program. When trying to install onto Win11 and downloading  ,Version 6.1.11 (45504) I get an error message that says reslib.dll is missing.

Search for reslib.dll using dir reslib.dll /s no files. tried dir reslib.* /s no files.

I am not sure which app this dll would have been installed with in the first place. The Zoom installer stops right away saying that is missing.

Any help would be great!

Hi Zoom Community!

I need your help and collective wisdom, I'm running into some troubles with sharing my powerpoint presentations and viewing my presenter notes at the same time (I would like it visible just for me and not participants). I use a MacBook Air laptop.

1) When I do do Presenter View on PPT slide show options, everyone can see my presenter notes on the side panel. What can I do to block their view to just viewing the main slides?

2) When I do Basic Screen Share of my PPT, I cannot see my presenter notes on the side. So when I select Advanced Share Screen - and do portion of the screen, it comes up as blurry quality resolution for most participants - both laptop users and computer users, but not for others (1 person who signed in with their phone said it looks fine). The framed portion of the slide shared looks clear for me on my end, but not everyone else. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom, I've turned off all video cameras to help bandwidth... nothing seems to work.

Would Keynote work better? Would using Advanced portion screen share with Keynote be less blurrier?

Thank you in advance for your help!

I am hoping that someone might be able to shine a light on an issue one of our users has with Zoom with Starting or Joining a meeting.

Currently we have a user having an issue with Zoom taking upwards of two minutes to either Join or Create a new meeting at best it takes a few minutes but at worst it can take closer to 15minutes for this user device to connect to a Zoom meeting link they have been sent or even start a New meeting themselves.

Currently they are on Zoom (64bit) Version 6.1.10 and their device is running Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 (Build 22631.4037).

The hardware is a Lenovo ThinkPad 16s Pro Gen2 with a AMD Ryzen 7 Pro 7480, 32Gb Ram and a 512Gb SSD.

We have tried the following:

1. Un-installed Zoom, restarted device and then downloaded and re-installed.

2. Un-installed Zoom using the "Zoom Full Uninstaller" tool as per your website and re-started device, re-installed Zoom after re-downloading the latest release.

3. Clearing all Zoom Cookies and Cached data from the web-browser.

Unfortunately none of these have resolved the issue for this user and they are having no end of issues joining meetings setup with Zoom, as it is taking an extremely long time to connect.

I can confirm that the user is logged in to the desktop app and they are able to Open the settings, check for updates, view the calendar without any issues or delays.

Any advise or assistance with resolving this would be great!
