I recently purchased the Pro plan because the video Zoom was processing was low quality... I upgraded to the Zoom plan... is there setting I can activate that tells Zoom to record higher quality video?  I thought it was possible to dial in better video with the Pro plan. Any thoughts are appreciated...

Audio Issues with screen sharing

We have regular meetings on zoom that include sharing screens for music. Today out of the blue we can no longer hear the music. We can hear people talking before and after fine, but nothing when the music starts. Occasionally we could hear a muffled ... Show more

We have regular meetings on zoom that include sharing screens for music.   Today out of the blue we can no longer hear the music.  We can hear people talking before and after fine, but nothing when the music starts.  Occasionally we could hear a muffled sound during the song.  And it was only happening to us.  Zoom is up to date and so it our computer.  Can anyone help?

Zoom defaulting to rear facing camera

When I dock my computer, Zoom recognizes the USB external camera mounted to my monitor. However, when I undock, Zoom defaults to my rear facing camera and I need to manually change to my front facing camera on my Win10 laptop. Is there a camera prior... Show more

When I dock my computer, Zoom recognizes the USB external camera mounted to my monitor. However, when I undock, Zoom defaults to my rear facing camera and I need to manually change to my front facing camera on my Win10 laptop. Is there a camera priority list that I can change so that Zoom will always default to the front facing camera if a USB camera is not present?

I can't find the option to allow simultaneous screen sharing by multiple participants. If I click on the up arrow beside the share screen button, it only shows the options to allow other participants to share. But it does not allow them to share their screens at the same time. I've attached a screen shot.

 

My Zoom desktop client version is 5.10.4

Progressive Web App Performance

I was wondering if there were known performance differences between the desktop client and the PWA for Chrome. I'm running the PWA on a MacBook Air and it seems like the desktop version used more power on my computer.
