Hi, Is there a way to save an OnZoom recording for longer than 6 days? It is not a recording that I made, it is from a class that I attended and was recorded there. It says that it will only be saved for 6 days --- is there a way to download maybe to my Zoom account or to my computer so I can have it longer than the 6 days? Thank you.

Prezados, Na segunda-feira tivemos uma reunião de conselho, com previsão de duração de 2h. Com apenas 45 minutos de reunião, o Zoom parou tudo, encerrou a reunião sozinha. Quando tentávamos entrar novamente dizia que era preciso finalizar aquela reunião para iniciarmos outra. Fizemos isso e o problema continuou. O jeito foi terminar a reunião por outra plataforma. Nossa conta no Zoom é paga mensalmente pois uma vez a cada mês transmitimos algumas reuniões ao vivo pelo nosso canal do YouTube. Depois do problema ocorrido na segunda-feira, estamos muito preocupados em continuar essa transmissão pelo Zoom. Pedimos que, por gentileza, nos expliquem o que houve.

We paid for a premium account for our courses, and yestarday we had a problem, when our meeting started, we just could accept 50 participants and when we try to accept more people, the sistem ZOOM kicked out of the group to the participants, please could you help me.

We have a basic Zoom account for our office (17 employees) - the sign-in uses my work Outlook account . We have an office meeting room with a large 50 inch TV on the wall hooked up to a PC which we use for virtual meetings. We use the Zoom desktop app to login for Zoom meetings. The problem is that in the upcoming meetings section in the app it displays not just upcoming Zoom meetings but also EVERYTHING else in my calendar that isn't a Zoom meeting (i.e. if I put a reminder in my calendar to pick up some dry cleaning it shows up) so essentially I can't put anything private in my calendar without everyone else being able to see it if they're using the Zoom app in our meeting room. I have tried setting reminders in my calendar to private but this doesn't work. I have no option of using a different email address for the Zoom login - my bosses want there to be one Zoom account used by the whole office to stop confusion and save time signing in and out of different account. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing? I googled and searched and cannot find anything to help.

Hi there, I am transcribing a large amount of meetings for my organisation. Everything was fine until last week when Zoom stopped loading the recordings. I can't access them at all. Please could someone support me with this? I am getting the little, 'loading,' circle but it gets stuck and will sit there for hours without loading. Help!

We are using v2.4.0 of the sdk to embed zoom in web. When running the project on a our server it's showing Your browser doesn't support using computer's Audio device, please upgrade your browser to the lastest version. But my browser is also update i have tried 2.4.0 ,2.3.5 it also having same issue when tried to login . My site is also in https ZoomMtg.init({

I have installed the zoom newest version; however, I'm unable to login directly through my email. I have a meeting on a topic of "Shoe Repair Brooklyn" this Sunday. Can anyone recommend me how do I can fix this out?
