Hi, Intel i5 4th gen processors & i3 9th gen processors have same specs (4 core, 4 threads, L3 cash 6MB). I have Intel i3 9100 processor and have 4 core 4 threads. but I cannot enable 49 gallery view. saying processor not support. can enable 49 gallery view on i5 4th gen processors. but i3 9th gen cannot enable. how can I enable it? Please can the community assist. I recently updated to the latest Zoom app. Since then, after accepting someone from the waiting room as host into a meeting -their video freezes after a few seconds. Sound is perfect, and in a hour long meeting the video may unfreeze for 15-20 seconds 2 to 3 times. My video stream to them is unaffected, and they have un-interrupted video of myself as host for the duration of the meeting. I am using a 200Mbps up/down fibre line running at 186Mbps on my computer. Furthermore, if I run the meeting from a web browser I don't have any issues. I did do a Windows update, and have since rolled back the update to see if that would fix the issue, which it did not. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

As fas as I know, the host can see which participant turned on video and microphone. But I'm not sure about joining audio button.
during last month my video streaming quality in zoom is decreases incredibly. I tried to do everything that I can do from my side. I bought a new computer, new internet connection but still it is not fixed. usually my video stream quality was 720p but now it has decreases to 360p. please fix that soon.

Did something change today? Suddenly my android app using Zoom SDK is not able to login to zoom and not able to start a meeting. This suddenly started happening today and in all installations of the app. App has been running fine for past 2 months.
I host a yearly memorial service for our school, the last few years on zoom. It breaks up the flow to go to share screen with a speaker (who presents a memory of the deceased) and then go to the powerpoint to share some pics. I thought Powerpoint as virtual background was a great addition but wonder if I can keep the slides up and change speakers? Any help would be most appreciated. Thank you!

Someones ipad updated today. She normally just joins a zoom meeting from an invitation link. Today it won't join unless she signed into a free account, the continue button was greyed out in the join meeting process. Others were joined to this meeting without an account so I don;t think anything has changed in the meeting settings themselves. Any ideas? Thanks in advance Andrew
