How to retrieve recordings

I have just downgraded to the basic Zoom package and lost all of my recordings. Is it possible to retrieve these in any way or if I upgrade again will these be available? Thanks

Is there a facility on chat where I can copy the same message to a group of delegates, rather than everyone. If I have over 50 people on the Zoom meeting it would be useful, rather than copying the same message numerous times.

Hello! I need your advice. My friend was making a video of our conference (me and her), both were with video. I used iphone, she - pc. She was taking a video of our convesation. And when she opened the video after all there was no me on the video, the frame with me just wasn’t there! What is the problem? Are any problems with my settings and where to find the solutions. zoom bombing

We were bombed yesterday pretty badly, lots of bad pictures.  We have a requirement to let anyone into the meeting because it is a self help organization and everyone who wants help is welcome.  The password is listed publicly and waiting room is not enabled.  We had multiple bombers so after having the first bomber removed a message popped up asking if I wanted to report the individual.  Since the other bombers were still uploading their bad pictures this message obscured the confirmation messages to remove another bombers.  How do I get the confirmation messages to be prioritize to come to the top of the stack so I can get rid of the bombers before I have to deal with reporting them?  Thank you.

User's audio feed affected by noise cancellation despite turning it off.

I teach guitar over Zoom and we use headphones and quality microphones so we can turn off noise cancellation and echo cancellation to actually be able to hear each other play our instruments.Normally this is not a problem but despite turning off "aut... Show more

I teach guitar over Zoom and we use headphones and quality microphones so we can turn off noise cancellation and echo cancellation to actually be able to hear each other play our instruments.

Normally this is not a problem but despite turning off  "automatically adjust mic volume," setting "suppress background noise" to low, enabling "original sound", enabling high "fidelity music mode" and having echo cancellation set to auto, his feed completely shuts down all guitar playing in an impressive way. When he talks during guitar playing, his voice is also affected.

Anyone have any idea what this might be? He is using a Samson GoMic with a Dell Latitude 7430 with Windows 10 Pro

Any help is much appreciated.

I am currently logged in through my University email id but when I try to join an online class, I get a prompt switch accounts, despite being logged in the right account? Another student faced this issue and said that updating zoom worked for him. Strangely in my case, these issues started only after I updated zoom yesterday. Uninstalled, reinstalled, restarted without success. Kindly assist.

How to recover my Pro status?

Hi,

My Pro account worked in July just before the summer holidays. When I tried to connect this week and organize a meeting, Zoom didn't recognize me and I ended up with  a basic account. How can I recover my Pro status?
