Good Day, I need help. I am new to zoom's operating. I was invited to speak on another zoom hosts event at 7 pm which is the exact time I had a zoom event taking place. Will my event still take place even if I am on another person's zoom event at the same time? In other words will the people using my account still be able to zoom even though I am on

I've shared a recording with passcode with subtitles on and realised there is an error with the subtitles. Can I change the password so people can't access it? Disable it ? Or take subtitles off whilst people can still access?
Hi! I am hosting a conference on Zoom Events and two of our speakers are using chromebooks. They are both having issues log in -- the speaker ticket takes them to launch lobby, they click launch lobby and nothing happens. I am worried that Zoom Events simply doesn't work on chromebooks, because it having a lite app? Or maybe they just need to update to the PWA app? Thank you!

i there, is there any way to make attendees go incognito so others don't know where they are coming from?
Hi, I have a multi-day event with different ticket types, and I want to allow attendees to purchase more than one ticket. For example, the first day of the event is a workshop that costs $25. The next day is a symposium that costs $40. Some attendees want to buy a workshop ticket AND a symposium ticket, for a total of $65. But it seems that Zoom doesn't allow them to purchase two different ticket types in a single order. Instead, they have to place two separate orders, one for the workshop and one for the symposium. Am I missing something? Thanks!

A couple of weeks ago, I received a message that I had reached the "Cloud" recording max. I logged in and deleted every single one (like 150) except for 3 - small ones. Then I went in and emptied Trash. I continue to receive those messages daily. Anyone know how long it takes the system to recalculate the space? Someone I can contact to get the # to clear? TIA Karen

I have already sent out a link for a Zoom conference. I just changed the date and a separate notice has gone out to participants that have the right date and time (n0t the one when I set up the link). Do I need to do anything besides in-putting and saving the correct date and time since participants already have the link? Thanks much. TJ

Does anyone know if there's a way to restrict a conference ticket type to only expo? We have partners we want to invite to our event, but do not want them to be able to see all of the sessions or recordings. We only want them to be able to access their booth. So far everything I'm seeing gives them a full conference pass with all the sessions and recordings. Thanks!
