Deleted Recordings and keep getting Zoom Warning Emails

A couple of weeks ago, I received a message that I had reached the "Cloud" recording max.

I logged in and deleted every single one (like 150) except for 3 - small ones.

Then I went in and emptied Trash.

 

I continue to receive those messages daily. 

 

Anyone know how long it takes the system to recalculate the space? Someone I can contact to get the # to clear?

I reached out to Zoom Support and they 're-synced and user flush' the affected profile.

Users may need to sign-out and sign-in into Zoom for changes to take effect.

 

The following day the user did not get the emails.
