Zoom Events + Chrome

Hi! I am hosting a conference on Zoom Events and two of our speakers are using chromebooks. They are both having issues log in -- the speaker ticket takes them to launch lobby, they click launch lobby and nothing happens. I am worried that Zoom Events simply doesn't work on chromebooks, because it having a lite app? Or maybe they just need to update to the PWA app?

Thank you!

I asked our rep recently. He shared that you can't use it as intended on a Chromebook. That said, when it pops up instead of join Lobby you can click on skip lobby and it will give you the sessions currently in session and have access to those. In essence they can join sessions, but do not have access to anything else in the lobby (so no chat, schedule, bios, etc.).
