I am trying to validate this URL "https://devcommunity.minimeal.com/api/zoom-webhook", but it gives an error like "URL validation failed. Try again later.".
Earlier, I used an ngrok URL for my local system, which worked fine.
Hey Zoom fam! I’d love to hear what worked (or didn’t), especially around formats and engagement. Also, I’ve put together a small community for testing these events — feel free to take a peek and let me know your thoughts Open to feedback and curious to learn from anyone doing similar things! Thanks in advance 🙏
I’m experimenting with themed virtual events that mix casual conversations and niche interests — like food-inspired creative meetups. Has anyone here run or joined something like this before?

We have been running events in the expo for a couple of years now, where exhibitors are using the live stream option to showcase to attendees that their expo booth is alive and ready to join. In the last few events, attendees who leave that expo booth, but then return at a later time do not see the livestream again - they only see the "space is active" logo. In contrast an attendee that sits in the booth will continue to see the livestream. Turning off the live stream and reactivating it will refresh for anyone in the booth, but again the same problem will arise if an attendee leaves and then rejoins the booth it will just show the "space is active" logo. This was not a problem prior to a month ago, so trying to understand if a setting has changed with a release?

Hi I am wanting to customise the banner which appears behind the speakers photo, name and role in the Speakers page in Zoom Events. Currently its a pale blue with a mid blue curved stripe, which really doesn't suit my branding. Is it possible to customise the banner? Thanks

After attending a regular meeting and clicking the "Leave Meeting" red button in the main Zoom window, I noticed that the green webcam indicator on my computer remained on. I discovered that there was still an open pop-up window displaying only my own video in real time. This pop-up could only be switched off through a "Leave Meeting" button (in white), but there was no audio and no other participants visible, since I had already left the meeting from the main window. What could have caused that video pop-up to remain active after leaving the meeting? Was my video still being transmitted to other participants?

I am about ready to scream. During meetings, I regularly get two pop-ups and I see no way to get it to stop. I am on a Mac running the latest OS and client updates. The first pop-up happens periodically throughout meetings, even appearing on shared screens. Yet, o have reactions enabled, including gestures. All I can do is close the pop-up…which reappears shortly thereafter. The second one nags me whenever I am sharing my screen. It also pops up on the share sometimes, other times on my non-shared screen. ”’zoom.us’ is Accessing your screen” When I tap that one, it opens a Mac OS system settings screen where Zoom is already selected as being allowed. Again…can’t get rid of it more than a coupla minutes and everything appears to be enabled. Any ideas how to get these to stop?!
”Turn On Reactions: Zoom.us has turned off Reaction effects….”
