Hello, Please help me I am using zoom events and I want to do a seminar. I changed my setting to “ you don’t register your email address and your name” But when I try to join to the test seminar I need to put my email address and my name. I disabled the settings but it do not work. Is there a way to that you do have to put your email address and the name when you’re joining to the zoom event? As I said I already disabled my setting to no email no name. Can somebody please help me out I can’t do the zoom events🥹

@Kendesu Welcome to this forum.
Yes, while you can bypass authentication and reduce friction for your users. Zoom still requires a First, Last and Email address when joining a session per our terms and conditions. Hope this helps!
Why are you wanting to not collect email addresses?
