Hello.

I'm a long time paying Zoom customer and OnZoom Presenter. Starting last week when I go to create a new class or duplicate a past class, I get a message that says 'host not found', and subsequently can't create any new classes. My students and my small business are at a loss. I've called in, tried another support request, am willing to pay more, but no one is responding. When I signed up for Zoom over 3 years ago (as a paying customer who has never missed a payment) I was told support requests had a 24 hour turn around, it's been 72 hours. Please just tell me what to do. If you won't allow me to make classes, there are other companies, but please just let me know. I'm tryin to make OnZoom work, but can only wait so long. We work with Seniors and they don't have forever./Elijah

i need help because i give a workshop tomorrow.

i have been doing this already but this time it does not work. i created a test group on facebook. opened zoom to stream to facebook and there were some settings that asked me to which group. i only put "test group". if i now want to stream to the real group i cant - it does not appear. any idea how to activate that again??

running an event on zoom and hearing from people that go to register that when they open a session on mobile there's no X to get out of the session information and back to the zoom main event page. Anyone have insight on this? Seems to work on some mobile devices but not others. 

We'd like to use Zoom Events for an upcoming hybrid conference (about 400 people). We will have three session types: virtual only, hybrid (streamed in-person), and in-person only. We can't figure out how to add information for the in-person only sessions and their speakers. Can we do it? If so, how?

We have created one event in Zoom Event. Duplicated to test it. In a session - all speakers do not have cam. As a host I can ask them to unmute their microphone but not the camera. I do see any icon for the camera. I can promote them to panelist but still if they wanna start cam, they get a text that the host not allowed. I can not change the setting on web ZOom - automatically redirect to Zoom EVENT portal. ANy solution? experience?

trouble sharing videos within PPT. I have to keep checking and unchecking "Optimize Video" and "Share Sound" in between them due to feedback noise when having a discussion about the video content in between them.  Is there a setting I need to check in order to not have to continue to do this each time I play a PPT video?

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to create a basic "how to" for people using zoom events for the first time?  I don't want to overload people with unnecessary details, just the basics on how to register, enter the lobby, create their itinerary, select sessions, and connect with others socially who attend.  Thanks in advance!

Hello I hosted an event yesterday evening on Zoom Events, with 8 sessions. All sessions should have been recorded separately, but they don't appear anywhere. I have checked the meeting setup and all the recording to the cloud features have been ticked. I have looked in my cloud recordings and they aren't there either. Please tell me how to access them.  This has happened since the user interface for zoom events appears to have changed so that I can only use one hub rather than the three I''d already set up.  Would that have effected the set up of the meetings?  If so I have several draft ones set up waiting for me to publish them next month.  Can anyone advise please?
