Prior to our event, I asked my session presenters to send me their resources so I could upload them to their sessions. Of course, many of them did not send them to me until after the event was done. I can't seem to add them to their sessions now. Am I missing something? Is there a way to upload their resources once the event has ended? Thank you

I would like to attend the Weekly OnZoom Office Hours. It says there are upcoming meetings every Tuesday, but the events do not seem to be open yet. Hey zoomers. Does anyone else have a wishlist item to have the panel/speaker list on the registration form to be in multiple columns? I have 12 panelists for a client event. 12 speakers listed single column is not user friendly/attractive.
Hello, I have noticed that Zoom sends the invitation to panelista automatically and there is no way to edit the content of the invitation nor we are able to add a ccing email address in order to make sure the panelist has received the invitation. We would also like to be able just to copy the direct link for the panelist in order to create our own invitation, but wed cannot see that option. Is there any way to see the personal link for each panelist? Any help will be much appreciated. Regards, Rosario

Hello. I'm a long time paying Zoom customer and OnZoom Presenter. Starting last week when I go to create a new class or duplicate a past class, I get a message that says 'host not found', and subsequently can't create any new classes. My students and my small business are at a loss. I've called in, tried another support request, am willing to pay more, but no one is responding. When I signed up for Zoom over 3 years ago (as a paying customer who has never missed a payment) I was told support requests had a 24 hour turn around, it's been 72 hours. Please just tell me what to do. If you won't allow me to make classes, there are other companies, but please just let me know. I'm tryin to make OnZoom work, but can only wait so long. We work with Seniors and they don't have forever./Elijah

hi there, i need help because i give a workshop tomorrow. i have been doing this already but this time it does not work. i created a test group on facebook. opened zoom to stream to facebook and there were some settings that asked me to which group. i only put "test group". if i now want to stream to the real group i cant - it does not appear. any idea how to activate that again?? any hint is helpful!! cheers katrin

running an event on zoom and hearing from people that go to register that when they open a session on mobile there's no X to get out of the session information and back to the zoom main event page. Anyone have insight on this? Seems to work on some mobile devices but not others.
