I’ve had a couple of conversations with other Events producers about the recent change to the appearance of the Track Filter on the Events Sessions tab. The one on Zoomtopia for example:

One producer had originally created their upcoming event with a number of tracks to indicate topic areas of their 200+ sessions. As you can see from the Zoomtopia example, the “sliding tab bar” quickly fills up, and you can’t see the rest without sliding. Okay, I get it.

But what order are the tracks listed in?

(A) We haven’t been able to figure it out, and…
(B) There don’t appear to be any way for the Host to control the order.  

Alphabetical would be a nice start. Allowing the Host to manage an orderable list would be better. 

Any thoughts?

I have an issue with creating new hub in Zoom Events.

I have Zoom Events Unlimited license, I am logged in with correct account but I am having Access Denied error and can not create hub in Zoom Events.

I am located in Ukraine in Kyiv and can not set up Stripe or PayPal account.

Billing information is updated, there is no geo-blocking in account.

Any ideas?

a Company keeps adding me to their events. I’ve never asked to register to. They send out the links under multiple different email addresses and it feels very spam and been going on for about 3 months multiple times a week.

I’ve been personally contacting them asking them to remove me as as well as canceling the registration.

Any advice on how to get off this group’s master list?

I would like to use the Zoom Lobby to collect the attendee's acceptance of consent (for example, consent that the session is recorded). I can put the appropriate message in the lobby description. May I also have an "Accept" button that then places the attendee in the session? Ideally, there would also be a "decline" button that exits Zoom. Thanks.

The Zoom looks as it should when we are using Immersive View, but our Livestream is showing some peoples backgrounds. 

A new problem we started seeing about a 3 weeks ago.

This is happening with latest Zoom version, Windows computers and Mac.  We've had people toggle on & off basically every option we could find for their own virtual backgrounds.

Image below shows how the person on far right looks as expected in Zoom, but is showing his home background.

When connected to a Bluetooth speaker or headset, I cannot switch the audio to Stereo mode even after checking the stereo options under settings. 

The AG/ Realtek audio output is very loud even after turning down the volume under zoom settings and on my laptop. 

May I know how I can switch to the stereo mode to control audio from my headset and have a better sound quality?

I’ve been trying to set up a Zoom event with a fairly specific structure and have reached out to support multiple times. While I appreciate the links and resources provided, I’m still feeling quite lost and would really appreciate clearer guidance from someone who has experience with this setup.

Here’s what I’m trying to achieve:

• One main stage for general presentations

• Three breakout rooms, each with the ability to present documents and videos

• Each room will have a dedicated host to manage the session, while someone else runs the main stage

• I also need to create a registration form that allows attendees to upload their CVs at the time of registration

I’m struggling to piece everything together, and I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed with the options and unclear instructions. If anyone can walk me through this step by step or point me to a clear and specific resource (or better yet, share your experience if you’ve done something similar), I’d be incredibly grateful.

When someone adds me as an alternative host to a meeting, I would like that meeting to show up in my Meetings panel. Otherwise, to actually join in the host role, I need to find the email that I got and use that link.  (I think this is the case, though I am not 100% sure.) It would be much easier if I could just go to Meetings and click there.

This has been bugging me for a while. I don't really expect a reply; just putting it out there as a nice feature to add.

I changed the currency I use to pay my bill to make it more affordable for large gatherings. However, now the change won't let me buy anything because it says the payment hasn't been updated yet, but I've already paid my monthly bill. Does anyone know what I can do?
