Zoom & FB Live
I have had a zoom pro account for 4 years. Up until last Fall, I was able to go FB Live to a private group page, however that changed. I am not able to do so. Suggestions would be appreciated.

Has anyone come across this: Our alt. host for the last year have been able to screenshare/share slides as their background. But now when they go in the option is grayed out in the advanced options. - updated accounts - all listed as alt host on events - and one is even a licensed user in our hub

Hi! I have upgraded my plan to include zoom sessions for a given number of attendees. I am in zoom events and I have added all of my business and billing information (setting up registration payments through stripe), but how do I start creating my event? Thanks!

If you have a CUSTOM DOMAIN set up for your Zoom Events/Sessions license (see this), please check to see if it is working. Zoom engineers are troubleshooting a ticket I've entered about this error which causes ALL of my user-facing event pages (Hubs and session landing pages) to generate this error: See this Zoom Clips for how this affected a client event announced on LinkedIn: https://us02web.zoom.us/clips/share/A2F3MRYxd3A5NEs3SVRpQ2Z5TG9Fa2xoZ1Z3AQ Please post a reply here if you are experiencing this issue.

I attempted to Live stream a LI Live event yesterday. Everything set up correctly and I hit the go live button...but there was quite a significant lag between what I was saying and when it was broadcast, meaning I ended up speaking over myself or leaving big gaps while I waited for the sentence to finish. Does anyone know why this was happening and how I fix it? I had to end the live event and reschedule as a result.

I have an attendee registered for an event who is requesting a receipt. How can I issue one through Zoom? Can I set up to the registration so that it issues proof go purchase when they complete their registration? Or afterwards?
I have a Link only for members that is a constant and permanent link, but I would like to invite guests to the meeting but I don't want them to have a permanent link... is there a way to do that?
When I try to publish a meeting I get an error Business Information Not Completed
I have tried trouble shooting and cannot find where I might be missing something. I have been using onZoom for the last three years and never had a problem until today.
I use Zoom for singing lessons and when I sing, the audio goes in and out. What should I do?
Dear Zoom Team and Community, Each language would be assigned a unique 3-digit numeric code, derived from the first three letters of the language’s name, following the T9 keypad mapping. For example: In cases of duplicates (e.g., Spanish and Arabic both map to 772), appending an additional digit would ensure uniqueness: Additionally, it would be helpful if Zoom could leverage the existing audio channels for translation options within meetings to handle language support. This would provide a more seamless experience and eliminate the need for dial-in participants to remember different numeric codes for each language. Please let me know if there is a better solution for this, as we need this feature as soon as possible.
I am writing to suggest an enhancement for the dial-in system to better support multiple languages. I recommend implementing 3-digit numeric codes for each language, based on the T9 keypad mapping of the language names. This would address the issue of duplicate codes and simplify the process for users to dial into meetings in their preferred language.Proposed Solution:
Best regards,
Alberto
