Is it possible to preload handouts and presentations prior to starting a webinar?
Hello,
I have a webinar of up to 3,000 Attendees to host for just 1 day. Is there any possibility of signing up for a webinar add-on option for just that one day - that is, without paying the full month license cost?
Kindly advice.
Michael
You know what they say: Safety First! This applies to virtual events just as much as in-person events. So here are a few suggestions on how to manage security parameters as you host your virtual events through OnZoom. Event Discoverability Make sure you've selected one of the appropriate options during the event creation process: Public Event – Event is listed in the OnZoom directory. All users can view the event page and register for the event. Exclude from Directory and Search – Event is not listed in the OnZoom directory. Only users with the event link can view the event page and register for the event. Private Event Restricted to Invitees on the Guest List Only – Event is not listed in the OnZoom directory. Only designated users can view the event page and register for the event. Advanced Options Ticket Options Here's some more helpful resources: What other best practices have you used to take control over securing your OnZoom Events?

Hello all, I am considering purchasing Zoom Events, purely to get acquainted with it at this stage - I do not have a live use-case at the moment. Does anyone have a non-profit, non-chargeable, or community event they'd like to collaborate on using Zoom Events - as a test event. Up to 500 Attendees, preferably in a timezone that is practical to work on from US/CST Thanks, Rupert

Is there a way I can automatically have a recording sent to either all attendees of a webinar, or even to all people who enrolled?
We are not receiving the webhooks properly. Either there is considerable delay or there is no webhook request at all.
I got a test about zoom events.
I wonder that how can i get a history about participants and setting and so on in the admin management page...?
Hello everybody, FC
Can anyone tell me if you can import a .csv file to insert into a question from the Registration section?
For example, I ask users to write their own City by selecting one of the various cities in the .CSV file from a menu
Do you think it can be done?
Thank you

Hi, all-- I host a lot of Zoom events on Meetings and Webinar and have been on leave since June. What is new with Zoom? Where can I find a list of new features? If anyone has any helpful tips and tricks, I appreciate you sharing!
