Is it possible to preload handouts and presentations prior to starting a webinar?

Hello PreventionFIRST,
You can include links to those handouts/presentations as part of the registration confirmation and reminder emails, but they cannot be uploaded ahead of time to the webinar.
Hope this helps!

Can you add documents to the thank you email that goes out after the event?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @MSWUser.
First, please note that I think the original post here was referring to a regular webinar scheduled in the Zoom web portal, and not part of a Zoom Event or Session.
I think your question probably does refer to Zoom Events or Sessions. If so, you should know that the Email Builder allows you to put links in any email sent, including the Thank You (and the Sorry We Missed You) email. Unfortunately it does not permit attaching documents to the email. Your only choice in this case is to host the files elsewhere and provide a link to the documents.

You could also upload and share your files from something like Dropbox or Google Drive - then include links in your email.
Hope this helps.
