Can I fix a row or a column of participants list in zoom webinar in all situation? I find that when I change the screen to sharing, participants list disappear during the zoom recording. I want the view like this picture all the time. When new participtant join it, they will be added in column or row. Thanks

Hi, I'm testing to host a live webinar with a pre-recorded presentation. I've started the webinar as the host, but I can't figure out how to hide myself in the webinar? I've hosted many live Zoom webinars with panelists. Then I just click on hide non-video participants and I'm not visible for the attendees. That option is not visible in the dropdown menu when I'm the only host in the webinar? Any suggestions and help is appreciated. Thanks, Thomas

Hi everyone! Struggling to connect with Zoom, maybe someone could help me here to understand if with Zoom webinars it's possible to hide the number of attendees (so only the host could see it) and add labels to the panelists (like to have a nice little banner saying their name on the video, etc.)? When manual approval is set up for a Zoom webinar, what happens if the registrant is not approved or denied but just left in "pending approval" status?

I bought a Zoom Events 500 Monthly licence this morning. I am based in Ireland Europe. In the Instruction to start a Zoom Events Hub, it states click 'Manage' which is on the top-right corner of the page. I cannot find this 'Manage 'option. does anyone know why I cannot see this.

Having some people review events listed on my host profile page, I got feedback that it was confusing that a pay event had buttons to register for "Series" or "Drop-in", but there was no button for the free event (I would assume probably also not for a single event that required payment). The user complained that it was confusing looking for a button to click on to register for the free event and it was not clear that you needed to click anywhere on the event to go to registration. I would propose that for consistency, all events have a button to register. Probably 3 versions: "Register" for single events that require payment or are free, and the current "Drop-in" and "Series" buttons

I have seen a feature called "reconnect" on webinar tutorials. However, I don't see that on my screen next to "record". What plan do I need to use the reconnect button
I'm hosting an upcoming Zoom Webinar and would like to be able to turn off Video -and- my Profile Image at certain points during the webinar. I know how to turn off video, but how can I turn off my profile image as well? I don't want it to be visible to me or my audience because I want the entire screen to be available for content. Thank you!
