Hi, I'd like to get your help.

I need to get 'attendee log' after webinar, but can't find the 'Reports' menu.

Usually attendee logs can be downloaded from the 'Reports',, but if I can't see 'Reports', where can I those 'attendee logs'?

Please kindly refer to the attached screenshot which is my current Zoom UI and doesn't have 'Reports' menu

Hi. I have set up my Live Streaming to go to Youtube. I enter the Stream URL, Stream key & Live streaming page URL. It goes live on Youtube without issue but it always goes to a new URL. Any idea why it does that? Im copying and pasting the info from Youtube Studio so not sure why its going to a totally new URL. Any help would be appreciated.

We did a zoom webinar and have it recorded. It was a paid webinar and we would like to re-broadcast the recording. We would like to charge for it. Is this possible?

From what I can tell it doesn't look feasible to charge for it. I think I'm supposed to edit the original and make it "On Demand" and can have people register but have no way to bill them?

普段会議でしか利用したことないので、Zoomはあまり使いこなせてないのですが、『ライセンスあり』『100参会者』のアカウントです。

日本語で文字起こしをしたいのですがうまくできません。
ブラウザから、設定→ミーティングにて（詳細）→自動字幕オン→完全な文字起こしオン
にしても、会議を開始すると『字幕』のアイコンが下に出てきません。『文字起こし』のアイコンが出てきます。

個人のアカウントで試したところ、自動字幕をオンにすると、下に言語を選べるチェックボックスが出てきたのですが、会社の有料アカウントだと出てきません。

日本語にしたいのに英語になってしまいます。
どうしたらいいですか?

Hello,

I have my registration to webinar closed, as it reached its defined capacity for the registration. Registration form correctly says that 'Registration is closed', however number of attendees grows. 

They have very suspicious email adresses such as 'string of characters' (at) privaterelay.appleid.com

Any hints?

where do I find the link to my postsurvey? I want to send it over my own e-mail account, not over the follow-up e-mail of zoom.

If I send a test e-mail from the follow-up e-mail settings to myself, to following part where the link should be, is empty!
