Zoom Webinar

Hi,
What happens if I'm hosting a webinar, advancing slides (with no co-host), and I lose connectivity during the event?  Does the webinar end for everyone?

Thanks!

Hey Everyone,

I am trying to track attendance on our zoom meetings with clients through Hubspot. The only way I have found to do this is through the webinar feature.
The issue with the webinar feature is that I want I would like it to perform similarly to the meetings function. I know, they are not the same thing and I understand I am looking for a workaround.

The goal is that each person can be sent a single link to the webinar and it will have them attend as a panelist rather than an attendee. this way they can mute/unmute themselves and interact in what feels like the same as a meeting does currently.

Any thoughts or suggestions on a possible workaround would be very helpful!

Thanks in advance to anyone who contributes!

My TV is a Panasonic Smart TV - "TX-40JX850B 40" Smart 4K Ultra HD HDR LED TV". I have been trying to watch Zoom conferences on it, via the Web Browser (supplied with the TV), but I keep getting the error message - "Server Not Found (E-302)". This link worked on Friday (09-12-22) on my PC, but it gave me the error message, when I tried using it on my TV web browser- https://tinyurl.com/5c3af4ym.
I have asked this question of Panasonic, but they can't help me, they suggested that I got in touch with Zoom. They do have a number of in-built Apps on this TV, but Zoom is not one of them.
Any advice?

I recently held a webinar with two speakers. I wanted to show both speakers at the same time regardless of who was talking at any given time. I followed the instructions on the zoom support page which said that I needed to 'spotlight speakers for everyone' which I did. Both speakers were shown at all times during the webinar, but the recording was switching back and forth between the speakers whenever one of them was talking.

I need to have BOTH speakers faces shown during the recording for marketing purposes. Can anyone tell me how to do this?

Seeking a sample CSV file for Session uploads into events. The help page on this topic is not specific enough. I'd like to see an example sheet. Some of the problems I've working through:

1. If your session start or end time is on a date outside the specified event start/end date then Zoom changes the session date to something acceptable. I found an error "invalid date" when trying to correct an out of bounds date. The CSV upload just powers through the data without throwing errors, so one should go back and double check everything after upload. Changing the format of the column of the CSV to text does not fix.

2. The times are always wrong. My sessions start 3 hours earlier than the CSV data and end 15 minutes early (I think that latter has to do with my defined session end time). I've already checked to make sure that all my time zone settins are correct.

My colleagues and I host a webinar series. At the end of the presentation, we often need to talk with the speakers without attendees being able to hear or see us. Is there a way to force exit all the attendees at once, leaving only the hosts and panelists? Currently we are having to end the webinar for each individual attendee one by one which is tedious and time-consuming. Any suggestions or are we missing something?

People register for our webinars using our website which uses the JWT API. The registrations always includes name email and 1 custom field which use information from our database.

This normally works perfectly but at our latest webinar it turns out that at least two people who successfully registered using this method joined the webinar with a second registeration (different id) which has no custom fields and uses a different email that is not in our database. (one of them had a typo the other a alternative gmail adress).

If i request the registrants using the api I find that the normal registrations using our API method contain a lot of empty fields we don't use like address, city, country, zip, state, etc.

But these outliers dont even have those fields. The only fields they contain are  first_name (which has first and last name in it weirdly), email and an empty custom fields array.

I don't understand how these people got a second registration that i'm pretty sure didn't happen via our website (there is also no log for it on our site)

Can anyone help me please? This problem makes it hard to see which members of our site participated.
