We are planning for an upcoming Conference and were contemplating using Zoom Events as opposed to a 3rd party managing Zoom for us.  I've watched many YouTube videos and it appears to be a good option for us, with one exception.  I did see something that indicated that only 1 meeting could happen at a time.  Our intention is that after the Introductions and Keynotes (webinar) that everyone would break out into their workshop (meeting).  We have always done multiple meetings happening at one time throughout the day.  This year, we will have 2 rotations of 10 workshops per rotation.

Can Zoom Events accommodate this?

Hi,

I saw some posts for this and that the feature was pulled in November in the release notes.

Is there a new release date for this feature?

Our client would like attendees to see a video or slideshow while waiting for the webinar to start.

I would like to have a copy of a Zoom meet or webminar, is it possible?
These are the reasons to ask for it.

I live in Trento Italy, and a local non profit company organized a conference about depression and I was invited to speak at that conference.
The conference was streamed with Zoom with the following link:
https://us02web.zoom.us/j/84628252810

 

If I try to access this link now, the Zoom site tells me that the meet id has expired.
The meet was held on February 7 here in Italy at 5:30 pm local time.

I really would like to have a copy of the video of the conference or almost to view the conference again.

Can you please help me? I really need it.

Good Evening,

I have a Zoom Events license, and I'm trying to setup an event with both free and paid ticket types.

However, during the setup process, in the Basic Information page, I'm only seeing the "free ticket type" option. The paid ticket type appears to be unavailable altogether. Can anyone explain what the issue might be?

Registration Numbers

If I change my registration settings for a webinar to "manually approve", will that affect the people who have already registered?

Is there an option to have a limited time window to register for a webinar?

I want to close the option to register to a webinar as it started. I know the option now is to to have open until the webinar ends, however, I have requiring webinars and meetings and sometime I don't have registrants so instead of waiting on the line for a full hour I want to limit the option to register after the meeting started. Is that possible?

Color problems

I'm lecturing on color with a Macbook, but ZOOM distorts the colors of the presentation a lot, making them whitish. I used to read normal colors from a PC. But on Mac it's a problem. Who knows the reason?

How do I keep the two of us (presenters) on screen at the same time ?

We are doing a training workshop and will have 15-20 participants in it, who want to ask questions and offer thoughts. If we set the Viewing to "Speaker" it sill highlight only ONE of us who is talking at once. 1) How do we set it to keep BOTH of us ... Show more

We are doing a training workshop and will have 15-20 participants in it, who want to ask questions and offer thoughts. If we set the Viewing to "Speaker" it sill highlight only ONE of us who is talking at once. 1) How do we set it to keep BOTH of us onscreen even when 1 of us is talking? And then, 2) when a workshop participant speaks how does it go to THEM and come back to the two of us while we answer?

 

We've always used regular Meetings for this, not "Webinar". And we wish to record it for future use.

 

Advice?

Hi guys, 
I am reaching out to you to check if there's any solution for me - I feel quite hopeless because the technical team seems cannot solve this.  The time is ticking because my pending cancellation ends on the 13th of January.


Here's my problem:

- I've purchased a zoom upgrade along with a webinar on 13th Jan 2023 for my wedding purpose
- I then stopped the subscription because I no longer needed it
- Before I stopped the subscription, I could still see my video in the log record. But now, I don't see it again, but my subscription is not yet gone because it will be gone on the 13th of Feb.
- Technically, I should still have the right to that record.
- I told the Ticketing support, and they said it was a technical glitch

- But then technical support says is not technical problem or not understanding my case
- I tried to look for a solution. One solution said is to resubscribe from the webinar, and that way, I can have access again to that missing recording, and I don't see that option but to contact sales. And honestly, I do not prefer this way, as I don't need the webinar anymore 😞

 

Can anyone give me a solution for this, please?
