Unable to join meetings as panelist
I am having trouble joining meetings as panelist. I raise my virtual hand and the dialogue box comes us to join as panelist, I tap on it the box goes away and I am still left as an attendee.

I am having trouble joining meetings as panelist. I raise my virtual hand and the dialogue box comes us to join as panelist, I tap on it the box goes away and I am still left as an attendee.
I canceled the waiting room. That is, people join straight to the webinar. How do I get the list of participants? I did a webinar yesterday and there is no registration of the participants.
While running a webinar through LearnUpon LMS, some of our learners got the following screen: When checking with LU, they said it meant that our Zoom account that's linked with LU wasn't set up for webinars, but this isn't the case as we definitely are, and about 200 other users accessed the webinar without issue. LearnUpon Customer service then said to contact Zoom support. Anyone have any ideas why the integration might not have worked? Thanks, Rebecca

I stopped receiving zoom links temporarily because my e-mail storage was full... Now that has been resolved but I believe my e-mail is on the "Bounce list" as I am still not getting the Zoom invite links. Because I have a free user account, I can't connect to customer support to have this resolved. I've been considering upgrading my account to a paid one but if I can't receive e-mails from Zoom then I'm not prepared to pay for something that might not work. I tried submitting a ticket as well but I received an immediate notification that my ticket was closed. If someone could please help that would be greatly appreciated!

If I'm using Eventbrite's integration with Zoom to collect Webinar registration fees, and someone tries to share their login details with another person, it sounds like Zoom recognizes this and has the other person register to attend, but has the non-registered attendee register with Zoom - not - Eventbrite. Doesn't that allow someone to attend the event for free since Zoom is not collecting the attendee fee?

I recently just subscribed to a webinar for one month to test it and it has expired. Please is there a way I can still have access to download the attendees report is I renew or can Zoom assist in getting this information fromtheir backend.

How many practice run I can get?
If I want to do 2 practice runs is it possible?
I want to create a paid webinar but have it free for some participants. Is that possible? Maybe have a coupon that I can send to selected participants.
We have set up a mini-conference in Zoom Events (as meetings rather than webinars). We created an MS Form to collect names of people interested in attending. We then imported the records (750+) as pre-registrants and sent them the invitation to register. When I filter for Registrants, there are zero. I can sort between "preregister invited" and "preregistered," but I can't export these as different types of registrants. Only 135 of the 750 emails resulted in actual pre-registrants, so we're concerned that the invitations went to spam and want to resend the invitation. Is there a way to only resend this message to those who have not preregistered yet? Also, will the 24-hour reminder email go to the preregistrants? It's saying that it will be sent to registrants, but as mentioned above, the system shows zero registrants because we preregistered our list. Thank you for your help!!!
