We have a large webinar that requires audio notification of polling questions. Is this possible?
Our team is new to Zoom Sessions and we are trying to figure out if we can remove two-factor authentication for attendees who register with their email (not their Zoom account). Zoom Support will not give me a yes/no answer, instead keeps saying that it's possible, but then gives me incorrect instructions that do not apply for Zoom Events/Zoom Sessions. Does anyone know if this is even an option? Reading through this article it seems that the default is two-factor authentication with a code sent to the attendee's email, this article does not discuss how to turn off two-factor authentication. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058219 Thank you!

I currently have 1 Webinar License in my Zoom Pro account. When I go to add increase the Webinar license to "2" it will not let me increase it. The Plus sign does not activate the number to go up. I cannot purchase another license. Anyone know of a fix for this? See screenshot of the page I am having issues with.

Can someone help please. When I go to account setting to enable breakout rooms for webinars as instructed in Zoom support, I don't have the option
I only have a basic Zoom account currently but am looking to hold a on-off bigger event. Does anyone know if it's possible to pay for the Zoom webinars option as an add-on for just one month?
How can I hide the speaker video during screen sharing in a webinar?
One of our webinar attendance reports is missing the country values for people that did not attend. We required the country on the registration, but can only see it in the report for people that attended. If they did not attend, we don't have the country in the report. I search for this but could not find anyone with exactly the same problem, so I though asking here may help. Thank you, Rafael

We've run a few Events now and we've encountered the following issue with our survey responses: Responses to event surveys & polls are not being displayed in the Surveys & Polls dashboard (under Event Analytics). We're able to pull a custom report or just download the table data where it does show that there actually were responses to a particular survey. Could this be a product issue that needs to be addressed? Thank you for the help with this concern, Manuel

I set up several recurring events in a new Zoom Sessions account. I have one set up so that registrants have to register for each session independently and one set up so that registrants can choose a single, multiple or all of the recurring meetings. I can see the list of registrants in the Manage Registrants tab, but I can't see which specific dates the registrants registered for. I would like to be able to see who has registered for a specific date and communicate with registrants who attend a specific date, not all the dates. Is this possible? The current zoom help article appears to be outdated, https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058241 It talks about a profile card, but all the fields it references are not shown in the registrants details.
