I am aware of how to embed the current iframe registration page. However, it does not work well with our site style. Event updating the branding style of the registration page does not look right. Is there any way to seamlessly embed the registration form stripped of Zoom branding with custom fonts to match our site style?

We use Cognito forms for other form registrations, and it works perfectly, matching our style, minus a slight change in font, which is easy to live with.

For reference, we have the pro 1 account with only 1 host, so it seems like we might be limited.

I want to host a webinar in June but want to setup the whole thing from now. I want to ask if I take the webinar one month option, will it allow me to setup webinar from now for the 3 days event in June? Normally I setup a meeting and then later on convert it to webinar before few days of the webinar event. I don't want to do this way and want participants to directly register for the webinar and also I dont want to pay every month of webinar license when Im not using it.

Hi there,

I'm following the support article On-demand webinars - Zoom Support on this but it's seems once the webinar has passed, you can't enable it to be on-demand? You needed to have set it to on-demand while setting the webinar up in the first place, is that correct? Although, this has never displayed as an option. You can only select Live or Simulive as the two webinars options.

ISV License
This was working earlier. Recently this is failing.

While creating or editing polls during webinar sessions, we are getting the message, “Get poll data failed”. This is happening since last 2 days. We are able to view the list of past polls and launch them, BUT attempting to edit or create a new poll results in an error.

Your prompt attention to resolving this matter is crucial, as polls play a significant role in our webinar activities. With several webinars scheduled for this week, we kindly request expedited resolution.

If an attendee were to attend the beginning of a session in Zoom Events, then leave, then come back, is there any way to run a report to see these times? I can get the total duration attended, but I need to see which parts of the session they were actively attending, and I can't find any way to get that information

Resolved! Pre-selecting Zoom Events Sessions

I've created a Zoom Event that will have 13 morning and afternoon sessions. Is there a way for registrants to pre-select which sessions they plan on attending so we can plan accordingly?

Resolved! Webinar Account Access

Both myself and my colleague have zoom webinar access. But he cannot see the webinars I am scheduling and creating. Can only the user who creates the webinar see it scheduled and edit it?

Hello there,

I use the post-webinar survey functionality to send personalized certificates after the event. Unfortunatly, the attendes who don't use the desktop app can't answer this survey because the link doesn't open.

Is there a way to automatically send this link by email to these users right after the webinar (and not 1 day after), in order for them to answer non-anonymously? Or at least can i provide them with a link to this survey, even if they have to re-write their email?

Thanks for your help!

Hi, I am having trouble properly converting a  webinar I recorded to mp4. The webinar included presentations where co-hosts shared their screens. However, at one point early in the recording, the presentations freeze, and the image on the main 'tile' remains frozen on that slide for the rest of the recording. Even though the slides changed every minute or so during the actual meeting. I've tried converting the .zoom output file multiple times now.

In the recording, the tile(s) showing participants' webcams in the top right corner converts fine and does not freeze, you can see people moving etc on their cameras.

The audio converts fine all the way through.

Does anyone know why just the presentation tile froze in the recording, and is there any way to fix this?

Thanks,

Len

I'm think I’m obsessed with Zoom!

Here’s three reasons why I think it’s a great platform for Virtual Events and Webinars:
1.     Flexibility - Whether you're hosting a one-off webinar or a series of multi-day/multi-session conferences, there’s a solution and price point to match a wide range of business needs.
2.     Visually appealing – gone are the days of just sharing a Zoom link and opening the laptop! (Noooo) Zoom Events creates a professionally presented, branded event page with all the details of your session and speakers. Setting the tone for your audience of what’s to come and raising the profile of your business and brand.
3.     Collaborative – Zoom Events encourages collaboration. Event speakers can be invited to add their images, bios and session descriptions as they’re often (not always!) best placed to share this knowledge.

I'll share more about my platform preoccupation (!) soon as there are many more benefits for attendees as well as hosts.

I'd welcome your thoughts on what you love about Zoom and why?
