Hi All, I'm setting up exhibitor profiles for a conference in Zoom Events. We are not using the expo function; we will just have the profiles with all the business details and downloadable docs, etc. When setting up the Exhibitor profile (Event Content tab> Exhibitors) there's an option to add in 'Links & Social Media' - Twitter handles etc. However, once saved these website, Facebook, LinkedIn details etc. do not show in the Exhibitor's profile in the lobby. Where are they displayed? Does anyone have a workaround to get them to appear on their profile, please?

We are a small Not For Profit using Zoom to run webinars for community. We only run around 4 meetings for under 100 people and 4-6 Webinars for 100-200 people a year. Wondering if there is Not For Profit pricing available for an organisation such as ... Show more

We are a small Not For Profit using Zoom to run webinars for community. We only run around 4 meetings for under 100 people and 4-6 Webinars for 100-200 people a year. Wondering if there is Not For Profit pricing available for an organisation such as ours that runs a small number of events. Zoom is a great accessible platform for our use.

Hi there,

For an external livestream with around 1500 viewers, I would like to open a webinar for the questions and some contributions.
There will probably be a maximum of 50 participants in this webinar. However, I would like to send the registration mail with a personal invitation link to all the 1500 people (via CSV import). My plan allows 500 participants.

Is this possible?

The record of the Webinar is different from the online event

My panelists appeared on screen with their real names during the webinar but they all have the same name on the record. How can it be possible and what could I do?

On iPad with webcam it’s impossible to connect airpods

iPad Zoom App doesn’t work with airpods when the iPad is connected to a different webcam. There is no way to make them work and to find a place where to choose devices (mic or speaker) as in the Mac version fo Zoom.

Hi all,

 

Today we are trying to run a webinar and share system sound like we always have.  When we try to do this the option is not available - grayed out.  This worked yesterday.  We tried multiple computers and multiple users and we all have active audio devices.  Zoom Meetings work with this feature but as of today only Webinars don't give us the option.  This does not work on both Mac and Windows OS.

Has anyone else seen this today or have any suggestions?
