On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello Zoom ,

i have received some email when i end the meetings

Zoom Meeting could not be generated due to insufficient transcript.

kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible ,because its most important & urgent

kind regards.

The error message "Zoom Meeting Summary could not be generated due to insufficient transcript" typically occurs for the following reasons:

  1. No Transcript Available: If the meeting did not have live transcription enabled or if no audio was captured during the meeting, there may not be enough content for a summary to be generated.

  2. Transcription Disabled: In some cases, if the host has disabled transcription or the feature was not turned on during the meeting, Zoom AI Companion won't generate a transcript.

  3. Low-Quality Audio or Connectivity Issues: If the audio quality was poor or there were connectivity issues during the meeting, Zoom's automatic transcription system may not have been able to capture enough of the conversation to generate a summary.

  4. Short Meeting Duration: If the meeting was too short, there may not have been enough content for Zoom AI Companion to create a meaningful summary.

  5. Transcription Process Still Ongoing: Sometimes, the transcription might still be processing, and if you try to generate the summary too soon, it might give this error. In this case, waiting a bit longer could help.

  6. Permissions and Settings: If the meeting was recorded by someone without the proper permissions or if transcription settings were restricted, the transcript might not have been created.
