How do I get the summary to write in British English with British spelling and not US spellings please?

The Zoom AI Companion will more likely generate the meeting summary in U.S. English. However, it's important to note that Zoom does not currently distinguish between U.S. and British English in its language settings. I also have this problem. Does the AI Companion learn my preferences when I correct a document? For instance, if I routinely correct all instances of American spelling and date formats to their British-English equivalents, will the AI Companion be more likely to use these when generating future meeting summaries for me in the future?

Hi, rather annoyingly, I have yet to find an acceptable solution to this, so I find myself cutting the whole script into a word document, then when I find one American spelling, do a "find and replace" on them all in the document.
