Hello people, myself Emmanuel Katto from Uganda (Africa). I wanted to know how can I use AI feature of Zoom, can anyone help me with this?
I am using Zoom version 5.17.2 on a Mac desktop and laptop. When I go to unmute a message pops up that says "AI Companion is using the conversation transcript". I need to hit OK to unmute. I don't recall having this message in the past. Can someone tell me what is going on?

I am not receiving an email after the end of my meeting as well its not in the meeting summary section of my accoiunt. It has worked in the beginning of December and was great. Now it isnt and that not great.

I enabled AI meeting summary. However, I did not stop the summary before ending the meeting. I haven't received a summary. Do you have to stop it before ending the meeting to get it?
Is it possible to stop recieving emails daily about "Request to enable AI Companion?" The AI settings have already been turned off for all users and will not be re-enabled. Unfortuntely I still get emailled daily about this and cannot see a way to block these specifically as the sender is *********** which I still require to recieve emails from as an administrator. Other administrators are also recieving daily emails.

whenever I need its assistance, it shows a different language rather than English. how can I permanently change it to English? it's so awkward to see a translated version of a language.
Can I UN-install ZOOM AI COMPANION?
If YES .. .HOW?
If NO . . . is there a way to at least turn it off?

I am trying to activate the AI summary feature on zoom. However, I would like to generate an AI summary without recording the zoom meeting. I just want the summary not a recording. How can I do this?

Hello, I have activated Zoom AI on my account. I have meeting in French but the recording is interpreted in English by Zoom (which does not understand anything because we speak french). I tried to set my Zoom Client (MacOS) language to French but it did not work better. Thank you for your help

When I open Settings AI Companion it is set to do summaries BUT it says "locked by admin". As I am the only user/owner on the account surely I am the admin? It also appears I can't access the summary from my first meeting using companion and suspect the same issue applies. I have received an email with the summary but need to change that setting as I don't want other participants to receive the summary by email. Again Locked by admin applies. Chatbot a total waste of time. Doesn't understand anything I ask.
