The Meeting Summary and AI Companion questions function is missing

GM! I am an account owner and would like to add the AI Companion feature to my meetings. However, in the admin panel, of all the available functions, I have only "Smart Recording with AI Companion". Other features are missing, although I have a Zoom One Pro subscription that should include them.

Zoom AI Companion should have its own tab in Account Management > Account Settings > AI Companion.  It is off by default and needs to be enabled.
