AI Companion Setting "Locked by admin"

Hi

 

I can't unlock the companion. I'm logged in as the owner but all I see if 'locked by admin'. I've tried everything suggested in the thread I found on this topic (another browser, incognito window, restart) but I get the same thing every time.

What am i missing?

Ah right. I need to go the Account settings, not the personal user settings. All fixed.
