I want to use a template, so that the summaries, for example, return the next steps of a meeting. I also would like to receive said summary by email. Is it possible?
Are non-host participants able to access the AI companion summary? If so, how? Also are the meeting summaries able to be shared other than email?
I can't seem to find and use the Read sidebar for the Zoom app in Windows. It does appear in the macOS version of the app. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
I don't know why I am not getting transcripts. I have recordings, I get the email with the link for that, but I never get the email to access to VTT file, nor do I see any VTT files with my recordings. What am I missing?
How do I transcribe a PowerPoint with slides or images using a Zoom recording?
How can I access the full transcript, not just the Meeting Summary?
Thank you so much for creating this. It is proving to be very useful. One issue I see the companion having is the summary dictation uses very emotional language. I find it odd that your AI trainers decided that human equals emotional.
Words like 'frustration' should be changed to 'the issue with'.

Hello, I really hope you can help. Could someone please tell me or direct me to an article that explains why, when they are both connected to the same meeting, a host cannot launch the AI Companion, but only the alternative host can? I thought the host was the primary individual responsible for managing the meeting. Thank you!

Hi everyone, We noticed that team members registered under the same Zoom main account cannot find the summary I shared in their summaries overview (when they access their zoom account). This would be very handy. Might this be changed in the admin settings? My team members can get to the summary when they click on the email it is shared through but would be cool to have it on their account also. I hope I explained the issue well enough. 🙂 Thank you!
