Has anyone worked out how to integrate an AI notetaker such as Fathom or Otter, into an interpreted meeting.
We've tried getting the interpreter to add their Fathom account alongside our main Fathom account. But we can't get the second father account to join the interpretation channel.
The notetakers always stay in the main non-interpreted channel.
And so we don't have the Fathom summary for the interpretation audio.
Obviously, we could take the main transcript and just translate that and send to participants. And that's what we've always done. But we like the interactive the Fathom summary. And we currently can only generate that in the main channel language.

I am also bewildered by another issue with AI Companion -- having it auto-start summary for every meeting. I believe I've checked all the right setup boxes, and it does seem to work - occasionally. Is anyone else experiencing this? Are there any checklists/tips/tricks for setting it up properly?

AI summary is turned on by default for all my meetings, but some meetings do not provide a summary at all. This is super inconvenient when you don't take notes because you think this is working reliably.
Any suggestions on what is going on here?
Is this a known issue? The link will appear in the AI Companion section but it links back to the first instance of the meeting and the old AI summary. The new one is nowhere to be found.
Cuando voy a mandar una grabación a varios correos ¿Hay posibilidad de copiar todos los correos de una vez o tengo que ir añadiéndolos uno a uno?
I downloaded a meeting transcript and it is difficult to read because of the time stamps. Every few seconds there is a new line and a new time code. I want to read it without the time codes. is it possible to download the transcript without the timecodes? (like you can other tools like Otter, fellow, etc.?)

I’ve done this twice now, mostly as a test. It seems if there is a main presenter, or if an “MC” introduces each presenter, then the AI Summary can correctly identify who is talking. But if it’s an ‘open’ group having a discussion, then AI seems to feel that the meeting host is talking unless another person is specifically named. This was the biggest thing that needed to be edited. In the second call where it was a social gathering, the AI summary often mixed up who was talking, or assigned a comment to the wrong person. Yet even here, with no moderator stepping in, it caught a surprisingly large amount of the conversation, even putting things into ‘next steps’. It summarizes a lot, but groups that under headings. I would like to see Zoom give a “thumbs sideways” feedback option — this meeting was neither thumbs up nor thumbs down. The biggest ‘beware’ is that someone will take and run with the summary without carefully checking it — something that is only possible for someone who was in the actual Zoom meeting. That’s because the summary sounds so ‘certain’ about what is it reporting. Overall, this is quite amazing, and I can see it being potentially very useful.

How long does Zoom store a meeting summary? I'm using the Zoom Meetings REST API endpoint to fetch the meeting summary of a meeting instance. It'll be helpful to know what's the retention policy for the same. The endpoint I'm using is - GET `/meetings/{meetingId}/meeting_summary`
