I am a Canadian physician and a meditation teacher. I have taken vows of confidentiality, and I choose to support people who are fragile and vulnerable due to poverty, illness or both. Yesterday, I had a conversation using my Zoom account with my teaching assistant partner, who lives in  Malawi, one of our planet's poorest countries, and a friend from Ireland. My friend in Ireland is exceptionally private, and she shares with me confidential information she shares with no one else.  I had not realized your nosy AI feature was recording as these two people shared their challenging situations.  I pay for insurance for counselling and teaching meditation on Zoom. I am unsure if it covers such a horrific breach of confidentiality and privacy. I nearly had a heart attack when a transcript of our highly confidential  conversation came  to me in an e-mail . How do I make sure that your snooping AI is turned off and Not collecting or sending highly personal information anywhere........ Have you no code of ethics?  No  concept of confidentiality ?  am appalled by the transcript I received and want to delete this from cyber space !!!!!!! How do I turn this off and make sure this stays off and  that  the info goes nowhere. Talk about the Matrix ! Disgraceful. AI has always meant Amnesty International . I am an old fashioned Christian and I believe that I am called to serve and to save NOT to judge and NEVER  to harm. I have been active in human rights and peace activism since 1980.

Thanks to AI we are now  seeing the highest rate of murder of babies, children, aid workers, bakers, cooks, doctors, journalists , nurses and unarmed civilians in GAZA than has ever been seen in modern warfare that is now considered a genocide. There is nothing intelligent  about  artificial intelligence. This is being pushed by greedy people who have no respect for God, Creation, life and all that is good and sacred. May God forgive all those pushing AI instead of Amnesty International and Animate Intelligence ! Please tell me how to turn this monster off. Warmly, Frances Scully

AI Companion regularly uses she/her in the summaries.

Can you advise?

Ich möchte Meetings durch den AI Companion zusammenfassen lassen. Die Meetings finden in deutscher Sprache statt. Leider fasst der AI Companion die Inhalte nur in englischer Sprache zusammen. Ich finde keinen Weg, dass die Zusammenfassung (Catch me up) automatisch in der gesprochenen Meetingsprache erfolgt.

Kann mir jemand helfen?

Is there a way to set the lifetime of meeting summaries on Zoom?
- eg delete after 10 days?
Or is there a DELETE meeting_summary API in development?

My organization wants to be able to delete zoom meeting summaries after a certain time or via API call without requiring users to manually do this.
