I hate the AI Fireflies or whatever they are called. My clients don't like the intrusive nature of the AI addition. How do I get rid of it? There is no customer support to call, and the chatbot approach does not work. 

 

Please email me some simple directions on how to get rid of it, and when you have an update, don't include it in the update.

Hi @joefmartinez, please try the following steps. 

  • Sign in to your Zoom account on the web browser. 
  • On the left side, click Account Management and then Account Settings. Then you should be able to disable the AI features.
