Hi all,

 

Having an issue with a user, they held a meeting in their personal zoom room, enabled the AI note taker and hit the record button, but we cannot find any record of either. I have an export of the meeting participants and it is telling me that all participants accepted the disclaimer, and the note taker was in the meeting. On the admin dashboard It is telling me that the meeting was not recorded. Any ideas on this one? Is it possible to recover the AI notes?

may be processed by the AI companion. How secure is the data processing?

I'm not getting the Meeting Coach metrics with my AI Companion meeting summary, and they're not on the meeting summary on the Zoom site.  The checkbox to receive the metrics is checked in both the admin and user settings sections.  Can anyone provide some guidance?

Minute of Meeting

After the pandemic, we use zoom for meeting quite frequently. 

and sometimes almost don't have time to summarize the meeting. 

 

due this situation, does zoom have an application or something that can help us to create a minute of meeting?

I couldn't find an answer for this already so I apologize if this has already been asked and resolved. 

 

I just used Meeting Summary with AI Companion for the first time, and the email of the summary that was sent to my participants spooked them out. They have insisted that I delete the summary, which I am fine with doing. 

 

However, I cannot figure out how to access the summaries, much less delete them. I tried to follow the instructions given here under "How to manage meeting summaries" (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058013&fbclid=IwZXh0bgNhZW0CMTAAAR1uwQ3MfKnTsXreA4CSEyhvgJdaaVQyrggsKg5Ih_-9Nya-a2e40NFu_iY_aem_oiiiS9CHMk1y_mYM00Styg), but the instructions are outdated.

 

I navigated to the "AI Companion" page under Settings (https://us06web.zoom.us/profile/setting?tab=aicompanion) but I cannot access any of the AI Companion settings. They are all grayed out and say "Locked by admin." I click on the little V. icon for more information and got a message that says "This feature is only available with version 5.14.2 or later," but I am running version 5.17.11.

 

Who is this "admin" that is locking these settings, and how can I unlock them? I signed up for the pro account this evening for myself only. I am not affiliated with any work or school organization. And I would like to delete this meeting summary ASAP.

Hello All.

I recently activated the Zoom AI Companion. However I only received a report for a Zoom meeting that I scheduled.  And the report was fantastic!  Most of my appointments we route students to enter the Zoom meeting via my Personal Meeting Room.  So far the AI Companion has not generated a report for any meeting that is held in my Personal Meeting Room. Is there a set up structure to allow for this to happen?

Does not work intermittently

Our whole team (on a Business/Business Plus/Enterprise Plan) is having issues with the Meeting Summary not being generated. Out of 4 meetings in a day, 1 or 2 may be missing the summary, even though they are hosted by the same person from the same ac... Show more

Our whole team (on a Business/Business Plus/Enterprise Plan) is having issues with the Meeting Summary not being generated. Out of 4 meetings in a day, 1 or 2 may be missing the summary, even though they are hosted by the same person from the same account. There does not seem to be a pattern (as in, it's not always the first meeting, nor always the last or at particular times) but it's extremely frustrating. I've submitted a support ticket, but has anyone else experienced this? It has been happening to more team members in the last couple of days.
