The AI Companion icon is not showing when screen sharing on Windows and on the Mac but it is showing when screen sharing on a Linux machine. Anyone knows why? For my tests I've used the following software - Windows 11 - macOS Sonoma 14.6 - Debian GNU/Linux 12 (bookworm) - Zoom app 6.3.6 (6351)

I enabled automatic summary generation on my Zoom account but initially kept the sharing option disabled. When I tried to share one of the past summaries with attendees, I noticed the share button was grayed out. I then enabled sharing in the settings, but the share button for the past summaries remained inactive. Additionally, when I attempted to share from the summary history, a pop-up window appeared stating I don’t have permission to share, even with my own (host) address. Do you have any ideas on how to resolve this?

Hello, I interviewed a client on Zoom 3 days ago and activated AI Companion. I didn't record the meeting. When I went to my account to access the transcript I realised that I hadn't clicked the button which enables access to transcripts. Is it still possible to access the transcript of this meeting? I wanted to use the interview as a case study so am very disappointed I don't have a recording or a transcript. Thank you. Kate

I pay for Zoom. I host Zoom meetings. I use the AI Companion on all my Zoom meetings.
I also am a guest on other people's Zoom meetings. I have the option to ask them to enable AI Companion but I have no access to the summary if they accept. Why would Zoom leave out such a powerful and useful option? I can understand not making it available to non paying Zoom participants but come on!

Is this possible to get a transcript from MP4 recording after the meeting has ended?
Hi all I am having issues with not being able to send myself the edited version of the post-meeting summary. The system allows me to select myself and send, but it is not received in my Outlook Inbox. Has anyone got some troubleshooting ideas on how to fix this?

I made the mistake of activating read.ai as I wanted to see how it worked - now it is causing all kinds of problems jumping into every meeting when I no longer want to use it. How do I turn it off and have it stay turned off! It's driving me and my meeting attendees nuts! Thanks in advance for any help on this!
