Good day! We would like to ask for a consultation regarding our Zoom Room setup.

For context, we are trying to eliminate or at least minimize cross-talking (a ducking effect) when far-end and local audio are talking simultaneously.

The actual scenario is that the local audio is being suppressed when the far-end and local will talk at the same time (being observed with a third party who is listening for both local and far-end speakers). This audio experience is present when using two distinct DSPs; we remove the audio processing in the microphone and DSP (AEC, AGC EQ, etc.), along with the removal of poly’s “noiseblock ai” to isolate which device is processing the ducking/suppression and we felt like there is processing happening in Zoom Room even though we disable (‘off’) noise suppression.

 

In the article I read, there is a note there saying “there is a basic noise suppression feature in the background that cannot be disabled.” Is there a way we can set this setting off, and how?

We have two separate systems having different DSPs:

Microphones: Shure MXA920

DSP: Biamp TesiraForte Dan and QSC Core

MTR Codec: Poly G7500 in Zoom Room Environment

Zoom Room Version : 6.4.1

Unable to connect to meeting. Says there isn't enough memory.

Is there a way to free up memory to allow this room to connect to meetings again? Zoom Rooms app is being run by Dell Precision 3240 btw.

I have no calendars integrated. I was told by the (rather useless) chat bot to go to Advanced Settings in Workspaces and turn off the ability for these to be booked. I have no Advanced Settings in the options. 

I have NOT subscribed to any of these bookers - most I have never heard of. 

Any thoughts? It makes me nuts!

I have just completed setting up a new Neat Frame in zoom. It appears to be working properly but when I schedule a meeting it does not appear on the Frames screen. I scheduled a meeting and set it to auto start and it appears on the screen allowing me to join at the scheduled time but the meeting did not appear on the screen before then. I know it is probably just a missed checkbox somewhere and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Zoom Room Displays Unauthorized

Something odd has happened. After starting a meeting in one of my Zoom rooms the screen now displays, in red lettering, unauthorized.Everything works as normal... I can start and schedule meetings, All AV works as it should... everything seems ok exc... Show more

Something odd has happened. After starting a meeting in one of my Zoom rooms the screen now displays, in red lettering, unauthorized.

Everything works as normal... I can start and schedule meetings, All AV works as it should... everything seems ok except for the "unauthorized" showing on the screen.

Any idea what this could be?

  Show ad-hoc join button on home screen  (for Teams, Meet & Webex)

 

Home screen still has only the main 3 icons: New Meeting, Join, Share Content

Verified device firmware/software all up to date and has been rebooted.

I recently purchased an Acer chromebook. The virtual background is not an option in the Zoom app.

please help!
