Zoom Workplace Pro account

Did this in my Zoom Rooms Meeting settings:

Support Interoperability for Zoom Rooms    (Enabled)

  Show ad-hoc join button on home screen  (for Teams, Meet & Webex)

 

Home screen still has only the main 3 icons: New Meeting, Join, Share Content

Verified device firmware/software all up to date and has been rebooted.

Can you confirm these settings are enforced for the individual room whose controller you've got eyes on?

Hardware info, firmware, and software versions are helpful.
