Using latest Zoom update v6.0.4 (38135) on an MS Surface 3 with a 64-bit Windows 10 Home system (build 19045.7355) the Annotate function comes on immediately upon Screen Share initiated by a participant. The participant engages Remote Control of their screen. There is no way to "turn off" the Annotate, thus, there is no way for the Host's mouse pointer to navigate the remote screen but instead only draws on it. This needs to be fixed immediately as it is a critical feature and workflow for many users.

I am wanting to switch our Zoom room Controllers from Ipads to Androids. I have a Galaxy A9+ android tablet running android 14, One UI ver 6.0. When Zoom Rooms Controller app is installed it all works, but it i not hiding the built in android functions at the bottom that minimizes apps, closes apps ect. I for the life of me cannot find an option to hide all this so normal users cannot accidentally minimize/close the zoom room app as its running. Is this just how the Androids are and I'm stuck with it? Can they be more like an Ipad where nothing is available but the zoom room app and all that responds. I have searched the zoom rooms controller app settings to no avail.

The company I work for has a Yealink MeetingBar A20. When we log into a ZOOM account and want to access a meeting, it is asking for a ZOOM ROOM. We are unable to get past this option. I can log into the Yealink MeetingBar A20 with my ZOOM account information and it does not ask for a ZOOM ROOM. Is this a setting that can be turned off? Is this a setting that is not on my account but possibly on others accounts? Does this have something to do with what kind of account we have? Example, I have just the basic unlimited minutes up to 300 people meeting setting. If any of this makes sense I will be happy for the help since I am being asked to figure this out.

I have an issue that reoccurs every few months or so where the zoom program app on the macintosh launches for no reason. We are not even starting a meeting or anything. then we have to close it. Is there a reason for this? how can we get it to stop doing this? So far I have checked background and login items and zoom is not active. Made sure the allow program to run in the background is deselected and we dont have any shortcut hot key active to "accidentally" start the zoom program. It happens on multiple user machines with a few different OS types but I am currently on Sonoma 14.4.1. Our zoom workplace app version is Version: 6.0.2 (33403) Anything else we can check? Have you heard of this issue? It happens for users at different intervals and then stops for a while then happens again weeks or months later. Thank you.

Hi there, We are using Zoom rooms and require that each meeting for the zoom room, the room should either be a host or co-host. I have enabled the settings that when Room joins before host and any other participants, it become a host. But I am having issues if another participant joins before the room then Room does not become a host. one solution would be to invite Zoom room as an alternative host from meeting invite, but it appears that Zoom Rooms uses a default (auto-generated email) for the room and there is no option to assign / replace that email with the room calendar email. above can be achieved using a web portal but it is not that convenient. Any ideas would be appreciated . Thanks

Hello. I have an issue with 2 zoom rooms out of 2. During a Zoom Call everything works fine. During a call using Google Meets: - participants can hear me I reinstalled the software, executed as admin, updated/upgraded iPads and Windows softwares, checked the devices one by one, everything is in order. I can't figure out why during a Google Meets call the zoom room won't make me hear audio. Anyone has any hint? Thanks!
- I can't hear participants: no audio comes out of the speaker, i can't hear anyone connected from their homes.

Hello, I have an Iadea XDS-1078 tablet (Android 7.1) that has an older zoom room controller .apk (5.3.0) installed on it. It's working great as a room scheduler but the side LEDs are not green when available or red when busy. I've looked on the Zoom admin page under Scheduling Display and have the LED Enclosure Integration toggled on but there are additional settings for Frequency-Green in Hz and Frequency-Red in Hz. Not sure what to put there to get the LEDs to light up. I tried 60 and 80 without any luck. Any suggestions? Pic attached with current Thanks!
