Hi! The "raise your hand" button is missing for me... When I click on the participants button, I should be able to raise my hand by a button on the bottom of the list of the participations but there is no such button, only to unmute me and to invite someone to the session. Does anyone know where this button is in my case? Kind regards!

Occasionally, I can't control the camera; the camera button is grayed out when I join a Teams meeting via my Poly G7500 device (set to Zoom Room provider mode). I've tried restarting all the Poly G7500, Poly TC8, and Trio8800 devices, but this didn't fix the problem. After a few hours, when I rejoin the Teams meeting, I can control the camera again, and the camera control button is no longer grayed out. Hi Zoom Developer Community, We are developing a medical seminar platform that integrates with Zoom. Previously, we used the **Zoom Webinar API** (`POST /v2/webinars/{webinarId}/registrants`) to register users programmatically. This worked great - users could register with one click, and Zoom automatically sent confirmation emails with join links. Recently, we started using **Zoom Events (Webinar Plus)** for our seminars. We discovered that the standard Webinar API doesn't work with Zoom Events and returns error code 3000: {"code": 3000, "message": "Registration has not been enabled for this webinar: xxxxx"} We then tried the **Zoom Events Tickets API** (`POST /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/tickets`), which successfully creates tickets. However, we found that **confirmation emails are not automatically sent** when using this API. ## Our Question Is there any way to achieve the following with Zoom Events via API? 1. Register a user programmatically (one-click registration from our platform) We want to avoid implementing our own email system if possible, as this adds significant development and maintenance overhead. ## What we've tried - Using the Tickets API with various parameters ## Our use case - Medical professionals register for seminars on our platform Any guidance on whether this is possible, or if there are planned features to support this, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
2. Have Zoom automatically send a confirmation email with the join link
- Searching for email-related settings in the API documentation
- Looking for webhook-triggered email options
- We pre-fill their information (name, email, hospital, specialty) from their profile
- One-click registration improves user experience significantly

I just logged into try and schedule some meetings and the whole interface has been changed. I go to click on meetings and it gives me the option to "host" or "join" a meeting.... Sigh..... Where the heck did they move the dashboard when you used to log into your account and it launched right then and there. Now it's filled with all sorts of garbage promoting more services to buy that don't interest me and clutter up my screen. And, where do you request support to chat with a support agent? I'm not interested in their stupid AI bots. I don't understand why they have to make things harder.

Hi, When using the Zoom Events Tickets API (POST /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/tickets), tickets are created successfully, but no confirmation email is sent to registrants. With the standard Webinar API (POST /v2/webinars/{id}/registrants), confirmation emails were sent automatically. Is there a way to trigger automatic confirmation emails when creating tickets via the Zoom Events API? Or is this a known limitation? Thank you.

First of all why do i have to create a new username for this if I am a Zoom account holder? doesnt make any sense, but i digress.. Does anyone know how to save a contact in a Zoom Room account for future zoom rooms set up? This would make it easier and more efficient when starting a zoom room, never mind avoiding future mistakes when typing in the email address. I have tried it myself in a Zoom Room as well as scoured support for something -anything- but it looks like all saved have to be on our account. Anyone have any luck in saving contacts (email addresses) to be used for future Zoom Rooms? Thank you in advance! KTag

Hello, I am trying to help my mother from afar. Unlike it used to be, in recent attempts to join a Zoom meeting, she is asked to login into her Microsoft account. My mother does not even know if she has one and does not know its login details. How can she continue using your product? Maybe somehow unlink the application from Microsoft? I'm not sure and would really be happy to be assisted with that. Thanks in advance!

In the last 10 days my integrated laptop camera has started flickering in Zoom meetings. It does not flicker in other applications. I have tried multiple suggestions from prior posts about flickering: reinstalling the latest version of Zoom 6.4.10, unchecking Optimize outgoing video quality with de-noise and changing video rendering settings all to no avail. Based on when it started considering it might be related to a Zoom update release. Is it possible to install a prior version to check if it resolves?

Dear Zoom Support Team, I am writing to request a refund for a recent charge on my Zoom Pro subscription. The payment was processed on Dec 28, 2025 due to an unintended auto-renewal. I have since disabled automatic renewal on my account, and I have not used the subscription since the renewal. Given these circumstances, I kindly request a refund for this charge. Please let me know if you need any additional information to process this request.
Thank you for your assistance.
