Host can't "share computer audio"

Hi everyone,  As a host on a meeting, I cannot share either sound or the advanced setting "share computer audio". It seems like there much be an issue with screen sharing settings? It's completely greyed out and unable to be clicked.

User joining meeting in audio only mode

Starting a new meeting as a host, sent invitations for participants as usual, but when they try to join, few of them weren't able to connect video (automatically connected in "audio-only" mode). They can't see the host and host can't see them!! Why?

My attendee list has people who appear to be absent...why?
