I just recorded a meeting as co-host with my Android phone. Now I can't find it anywhere. Where are the recordings from the Zoom workplace app stored?
Hi All, In a recent update, I noticed that I can no longer toggle the original sound for musicians option on the top of the main screen. I can change it completely in audio settings, but that's a pain if I want to go back and forth during a meeting. For instance, I teach piano over Zoom. When I want to play something for a student, I turn original sound on. But if I'm typing a student's notes, I don't want the clacking of the keyboard to be heard. So before, it was really easy to toggle on the main screen. Now it seems you can only change it in audio settings. Anyone else having an issue with this or has found a solution like a shortcut? Thanks.

Just got a 2024 Apple M4 and downloaded the newest Zoom app... I cannot for the life of me stop this camera from auto focusing and moving with me. All the help documents tell to do things that don't exist in Zoom Workplace!!! It's so annoying and every time I move a hand the camera zooms in and out, I want it to go back to solid!

My recording was downloaded to my device as a local recording and the file shows as "double click to convert". When I double click, nothing happens, nothing opens. I have tried several times and also restarted my computer. This is on a Windows computer.

As a zoom admin I am looking to enable the option "Automatically sign users out after a specified time" under the security settings. I have already contacted the support team with a question about how the sign-out happens, which was answered. However I am still looking for more information, if anyone has had experience on enabling such option.
This article - https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061708 states that "The settings to automatically log you out after a certain amount of time depends on the configuration set by your account owner or admins." however there's no further clarification.
Currently I have no time-out set, meaning that the zoom client for my users stay logged-in indefinitely. However, Okta (which is my SSO/IDP) is configured to reset sessions every 12 hours. To my understanding this means that Zoom will override whatever is coming from Okta, correct? For example my session in browser for my zoom dashboard will keep logged for twelve hours as long as I am active.
I would like to assure that by enabling the option "Set different enforced logout times separately." this will stick with the zoom posture I will define rather than my Okta session policy, allowing for example the clients installed on user's laptop to keep 7 days and web-sessions lasting only 1day.
If there's any further documentation that confirms such behave I would appreciate the guidance, so I can attach to my internal guidelines/policy, to back me up as I make such changes on a global level to my org.
thanks all!

Currently trialing out the new visitor management. Since it has been released in the last month anyone have recommendations for printers for reception for their guests/visitors? Ideally, print as a sticker, or if anyone has better suggestion?
We purchased ZRA, and noticed that the unlimited storage is for analytics, not the source Zoom meeting videos, which, are required for the analytics. Since ZRA is a premium add-on, it would be great if the storage was unlimited similar to other premium products on the market (Gong, Otter.AI, etc).

We are new to Zoom Phone as of this week. We had been with Ring Central a few years prior. I am very surprised to find that Zoom is missing the most basic of things for the phone functions. I cannot find anywhere in the Zoom community system, any kind of list of Features being worked on, or a voting system for features. I have found a number of posts about these issues above, but they all died for further replies many months (in some cases years) ago. So these are not new queries on my part - people have been asking about this stuff for a few years already. But there seems to be no updates or follow up by zoom on these things? aIs there some secret place I have not found yet?

Dear Zoom, I'm running Zoom meetings on my iPad (12.9-inch 3rd generation iPad Pro, iPadOS 18.7.1). Even though I've got "Original sound for musicians" activated in my settings, my participants can't hear loud musical recordings played from a nearby speaker, even though they can hear my voice very clearly while I speak in the same room as the music. This seems to be a new phenomenon because in past years they've been able to hear those recordings played out of the same speaker without issue. Can you help me solve this? I've tried looking for other settings to change within your iPad app, but the "Original sound for musicians" toggle switch is the only one I can find. There are other threads on this forum dealing with similar problems, but Zoom's reps so far seem to be mostly offering solutions that would pertain to Zoom on a computer, not on an iPad. Can anyone help?

Hello, I'm planning a Zoom event and I need to be fully bilingual, English and French. Would the interface be in French if the attendee chose French as their language? Would all the buttons on our event be bilingual, such as the buttons for sign up, lobby, sessions... etc.?
