Hello, I need help understanding why our meeting couldn’t be summarized due to an insufficient transcript. We've used this feature many times before, but this time it didn’t work, and I’m not sure why. Does anyone know how to contact Zoom support?

After searching diligently thru prior conversations for annotation controls, I've run across things like this: I have no idea what the navigation panel is (there's nothing labelled as such), and I'm unable to find anything called "account management", "account settings", a "meeting" tab, or an "in meeting (basic)" item. I can locate "Settings" under the "Zoom Workplace" menu, but nothing in the resultant window refers to any of the above, let alone annotation controls. I don't want my users scribbling all over my screen during my presentation, but I can't find any way to turn off that ability. I'd expect it to be one of the items in the sidebar of the "Settings" window, but it's not. Where is it?

We are having hackers attack our zoom meetings and sending 1000s of chat messages at once. Is there any way to delete all of them at once instead of having to delete them one at a time?
Hi everyone, most of my therapy sessions are on Zoom. I’ve tried Zoom’s AI summary feature, but for therapy notes it feels too generic and doesn’t capture DAP or SOAP style documentation well. What AI tools are people using to turn Zoom sessions into solid therapy notes? Looking for something that handles clinical language better, supports templates, and is mindful of privacy and compliance. Any workflows you recommend, or tools to avoid?

Is there a setting to automatically split and send SMS messages that are over 160 characters?
The Home tab on the App only shows the non recurring meeting schedules under "Today". Under Recurring Meetings it has the list of meetings but their Schedule is not shown and the App does not remind me or ring for an upcoming recurring meeting when I am inactive in the desktop. I am missing a lot of recurring meetings because the list has the completed recurring meeting also in the list for that specific day. Thanks in Advance.

We have been experiencing several Zoom meetings over the last several weeks that have been getting "unstable network connections" and freezing video and audio. We had not been experiencing this for the last several years here in the office with multiple calls happening every day. Our internet connections speeds have remained very fast and showing no issues during the same time these zoom issues occur. Is there something we should look at on our Network Firewall that could be impacting this? We recently did update our Firewall on our network. Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.

A few weeks ago I started getting “Your internet connection is unstable” messages during meetings, and it was true – I froze momentarily for others and they froze for me. So I called the cable company and a tech support rep said he saw the problem, could fix it remotely, and did. Only it happened again. So I called again and the rep said I needed to replace my modem. So I did and it happened again. So I called again and they sent someone out, who said the coax cable had degraded and he replaced it. And it happened again. So I made a fourth service request and the guy replaced the new modem with a newer modem. And it happened again. I’m at my wit’s end; at this point, I can’t believe the problem is the cable connection. But what else could it be? I use Windows 11 with a new Dell laptop and a single wired connection to the net; I always reboot my laptop, modem and router (though the latter doesn’t play a role) before each Zoom session; I’m always Host or Co-Host and sometimes use ScreenShare but sometimes don’t and always have the problem, whether I’m using audio/video or not; the problem usually lasts just a few seconds (but is very disruptive); I don’t use high resolution; I update Zoom weekly; Speedtest – DL 370, UL 23, Ping 12/27/9.

For Toastmaster meetings, we commonly rearrange the faces on the display so the Speaker image is close to the webcam. Looking at the "webcam / Speaker image" simultaneously, gives the impression, to the Speaker, that the audience is listening. If we cannot place the Speaker image close to the webcam, it appears to the Speaker, that the audience is not listening. We do not want to give the impression that we are ignoring the Speaker, because it is a boring Speech. I suspect that there are thousands of Toastmaster clubs who use Zoom. There are quite likely more small groups than large groups who use Zoom. It would be better if we could "always" rearrange the images on the screen, even if someone raises their hand.

Hi Zoom Docs Team:
It would be a major improvement to be able to (optionally) include a breadcrumb navigation element on zoom docs. I can manually create one now . . . but I would prefer that it be automated to keep the links connected properly. It would look something like the navigation you have on this forum:
