Is there any information on when we can expect the iOS Zoom anpp icon to be updated to support the new dark icon mode that came out in iOS 18? At this point it is one of only two apps left on my entire phone that haven’t updated their icons. For such low hanging fruit, I wouldn’t have thought it would take this long.

Feature request: give us back the window title bar

way at all for me to move the zoom window around the screen or otherwise adjust it. This is super frustrating.

Ive spent a couple hours looking at reports and reports under account management with no luck. Thanks!

Hello! I am new to Zoom Scheduler. I have my Google calendar linked into the zoom scheduler. I am trying to schedule 30 minute appointments from 1-7-25 to 1-16-25. I can get the appointment slots to show up for 1-7 through 1-9 but it shows no availab... Show more

Hello!  I am new to Zoom Scheduler.  I have my Google calendar linked into the zoom scheduler.  I am trying to schedule 30 minute appointments from 1-7-25 to 1-16-25.  I can get the appointment slots to show up for 1-7 through 1-9 but it shows no availability for the second week 1-13 to 1-16.    Does anyone have any ideas?!

Hello, community.

 

Recently, I just recording a meeting without log in to zoom. (approved by the host, and it was recorded locally in my zoom.us app). However, I cannot find the recording file in my local device (Macbook)? I have tried to look into my Finder, but could not find the video file. Can any one tell me want happened? Or, is it necessary to log in to record meetings? but, why does it allow me to click on the option to record if I am not logged in? Thank you.

Starting a meeting

Every time I try to begin the meeting it says "you must update to the latest version of zoom to start this meeting.  contact your IT admin to update."  How do I find an IT admin or where do I go about finding the update to install?

Issue with virtual background

A few updates ago, the Zoom app stopped showing my background when I had the Virtual backgrounds turned OFF! What I see is myself with a light blue gradient background. What am I missing? Is there a setting somewhere to set? The Zoom support bots were no help(endless loop of the same suggestions that don't work or don't apply). I appreciate any help anyone has to offer. 🙂

Hello! I have a basic Zoom account, but I’m currently unable to access it because my phone number has changed. The two-factor authentication code is being sent to my old number, so I’m locked out of my account. Unfortunately, I can’t find my recovery codes. Does anyone know how I can resolve this issue and get in touch with Zoom customer service?
